Hi there! I go by Ginger Morgan and I love all animals. I mostly watch cats (due to owning cats all my life), and also have experience with small mammals (especially guinea pigs), birds and reptiles! I do love dogs and love working with them when I can. I was also fortunate enough to watch a goat so if you have barn animals I am open to learning their care needs! :) I have 2 tuxedo cats of my own, a senior black cat, and two guinea pigs. I try my hardest to make sure your babies are as happy and healthy as possible while you are away. I understand the anxiety being away from pets can cause for humans and their pets alike! I always take my time with pets making sure they're comfortable, following their routine as closely as possible, and well cared for.

Safety, trust & environment
I make sure pets get plenty of play time, enjoy any treats you give them, and are relaxed throughout my visits. I can administer oral medication if needed, and keep a close eye on any health conditions or behavioral needs that they have. I always update pet parents with lots of photos each visit and how they're doing 😊.

If I could give 10 out of 5 stars I would! Alissa was signed up to watch only our cat. Two days before our trip, our dog was attacked by another dog and she kindly ended up watching our cat and dog, stopping by 4 times a day with very detailed notes about each visit. Several days into the trip, our dog developed stress-induced colitis and required a couple trips to the vet. Ultimately we ended up coming home early from our trip to care for our very sick dog. Alissa was incredible! Even our veterinarian’s office told us how wonderful and knowledgeable about our dog she was when she brought him dog in. Overall it was a stressful situation but Alissa was so incredibly kind, professional and an excellent communicator. It made such a huge difference in what was otherwise a very difficult situation. We cannot speak highly enough of her!

Schedule
I am in the process of going back to get a MD in Social Work, and currently I have a pretty open schedule. I will work with your pets schedule the best I can!

- If your pet has allergies or sensitivities to other animals/humans that is important to know. I will not sit agressive dogs that try to attack other humans or animals. However if your pet is just nervous or barks, just a heads up is ok!
