I am currently a PhD student here at the U of A. I do have classes and work during the weekdays but I am available after 5pm. On the weekends me and my dog take it easy and stay in.

I do live in an apartment complex. There are two dog parks present in the complex if you would want me to take your pet to run some energy out (but totally understand if you would prefer no visits to the dog park). I am able to crate any pet that needs to be I just ask that you supply the crate since I do not have one at this time. I do have a 7yr old border collie who loves to meet new friends and is very patient with energetic breeds. I take her on a long walk at least once a day and will definitely take any pet I watch on a long walk too (a girl has to get her steps in).

I’ve taken care of animals ever since I was little, whether that was taking care of our cats and dogs or watching a neighbors pet. I worked in the veterinary field for a couple of years and a technician so I am comfortable administering any medications. I am open to sitting dogs of all ages, I just ask that if they aren’t potty trained to please provide a kennel. I have a border collie who loves to make friends so we hope to see your furry friends soon!
