I grew up with a house full of pets. This has given me a strong love for animals of all kinds. I have also cared for a wide variety of animals (including dogs, cats, iguanas, birds, etc) and am comfortable caring for large dog breeds as well (I have grown up around Rottweilers, German Shepherds and Pitbulls). I also feel comfortable watching and caring for young animals and those who may need additional attention, such as administering topical or oral medicine or even hand-feeding them.

At home, I have 2 kittens of my own who I love spoiling! They are extremely playful and cuddly, and have even gone on vacation with us in the past. As a pet sitter, I am very attentive, responsible, and caring. I am happy to give lots of pets when they are wanted, but I also understand that all animals are different and am confident caring for animals with special needs or accommodations.

Alissa did a fantastic job caring for Mochi and Margarita again. They seemed happy and content when I arrived home. Alissa does a great job communicating and providing pictures during her visits. I’m thankful to have found Alissa and will continue to have her care for my kitties when I travel.
I wanted her to take care of my cat, refill water for the afternoons I was gone, and clean the litter often and all were taken care of! Definitely worth booking
Alissa was great with walking and feeding my dog while I was gone during the day, very easy to work with!
Alissa took great care of my kittens Margarita and Mochatini. I’d only had them for a month, so I was nervous about leaving them. Alissa came over for a meet-and-greet which went well. She took great care of my kittens, was very communicative, and also sent pictures. She spent time playing with them while she was here. When I got home, the kittens were very content and I could tell that they had been well cared for. I will definitely ask Alissa to care for my kitties in the future!

Alissa was so great with my two cats, one of them pretty shy. They felt comfortable with her and she was great with communicating with me before and during the time I was away. She’s great!

Schedule
After being laid off, I am looking for ways to supplement my income while also doing things I am passionate about - like caring for animals! Because of this, I currently have a flexible schedule.

- I would like to know ahead of time if your pet has any behavioral issues or requires medication to be administered so that I can plan accordingly. Important Note on Services: I do not stay overnight in clients’ homes. My “house sitting” service is structured as multiple daily visits to your home. Your pup will get plenty of exercise, bathroom breaks, meals, and loving care, but I do not remain in the home all day or night. Please reach out for more information on services.
