I'm available for boarding and day care in my home 7 days a week, from 9am-8pm. I also offer flexible drop-off and pick up times to accommodate your schedule. I work from home so I have plenty of time for play, walks, puppy training and frequent potty breaks.🐾

Your pet will have their very own private suite during their stay, which is furnished just like a home to make sure they are comfortable and cozy! We have 5 acres of trails dedicated for sniff-adventures and a 1000sq ft area with a 6ft fence for off-leash play. I have 3 dogs in my home but they will not interact with your dogs without your permission- we understand each pup is different and respect your preferences. I also follow proper dog intro protocols and take things slow, with frequent breaks for new guests, to ensure everyone is safe & happy. Please note that I do not introduce dogs during meet & greets with owners present - this is for both safety and insurance purposes, as Rover's policy does NOT cover those interactions.

A typical day
I want to make sure your dog is happy, relaxed and tired after our visit. In addition to short hikes along the trails on the property, they will enjoy leisurely sniff adventures in the large fenced garden, a splash pool on hots days, indoor treat puzzles, chew toys, and lots of belly rubs.

Big or Small, we love them All! Offering 'Best in Show' care for your pet on our little hobby farm, Dog Day Farms, conveniently located off hwy 196, about 5 min from I295. As a WFH dog mama to 3 foster fails, I aim to absolutely spoil your pet while they are in my care. For boarding & daycare, in addition to a cozy private room complete with couches/beds, toys, and a flat-screen tv, your pet will have access to the 5 acres of private hiking trails on my property, a fenced-in seasonal agility course with splash pool and homemade treats & meals (with your 'ok' of course!). With 30+ years of experience caring for pets, your pup is in good hands! My 'lifelong animal lover' credentials also include volunteer work in animal shelters, a degree in biology, and current foster for a local rescue so I am comfortable with everything from puppy training to gentle senior puppy care. I can't wait to meet your dog!

Alissa is absolutely the best! The care she provides is truly exceptional. Hank gets excited the moment we pull into her driveway, which tells me everything I need to know about how much he loves spending time with her. Leaving him in her care gives me complete peace of mind, knowing he's happy, safe, and loved. Alissa is incredibly interactive and always has something fun planned. She goes above and beyond to make sure Hank has an amazing experience. One of my favorite things is the wonderful updates she provides throughout the day, along with the most adorable pictures that capture all the fun Hank is having. It means so much to be able to see him enjoying himself while I'm away. I truly cannot recommend or thank her enough for everything she does. As an added bonus, she sends Hank home with homemade treats, which he absolutely loves! If you're looking for someone who will care for your dog as if they were her own, Alissa is as good as it gets. We are so grateful to have found her!
