I am not offering boarding pets rather caring for your pets at your homes. I’d prefer not to drive too far, around 10-15 miles maximum. I am a Granny with a long History of owning and caring well for our dogs(small home breeder, for a decade), cats, horses, sheep, goats, chickens, cows!

A typical day
Play fetch, cuddles, long or short walks as arranged. Efficient but fun loving! I’m a longtime family and pet photographer too, used to organic farm.

Pet care experience
I raised one litter of Newfie’s and 2 litters of our English labs, having learned well from assisting vet age 15, Catskill Game Farm vet, Dr. Jenkins. Cats and other pets well loved all my life also. Wildlife rescue assistant too while homeschooled my 8 children. Widowed artist since 2012, Granny nanny, soon my new puppy. Certified in MA substitute Arts teacher pre k-12. Lifestyle People and pets photographer, 40 years.

Alison is a wonderful dog walker! She loves animals and has been great with Slim! She gives great feedback and is a wonderful communicator! I recommend her as your pet sitter! She's a mom, artist, teacher ... just who you want taking care of your "baby."
Alison was great - communicative, cheerful even in the face of issues with the door key, and looked after our two boys exactly as we asked. She was very quick to respond throughout the process, and sent a bunch of photos every day. Thanks so much, Alison!
