I have over 40 years of experience caring for pets, including walking dogs, cuddling cats, cleaning litter boxes, feeding, playtime, and giving animals lots of love and attention. I’m especially patient and gentle with elderly pets who may need extra care, comfort, or a slower pace. What sets me apart is how affectionate and attentive I am. I truly love animals and treat every pet like they’re part of the family. Whether your pet needs a walk, companionship, a clean litter box, or just someone kind and reliable to love them while you’re away, I will care for them with warmth, patience, and respect.

For drop-in visits, I’ll follow your instructions carefully, refresh food and water, clean litter boxes if needed, give plenty of affection, and make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’ll also make sure doors, gates, and crates are secure before I leave. For walks, I’ll keep your dog safely leashed, go at their pace, and pay close attention to their comfort, energy level, and surroundings. I’m gentle, patient, and especially careful with senior pets or animals who need extra reassurance.

Daisy, Alison’s tortoise for over 35 years, would be the first to tell you what a compassionate and responsible animal caregiver she is. She has dog sat for giant Bernese mountain dogs and looked after tiny kittens and has a unique read on what animals need and want. I would 100% entrust Alison with to housesit and take care of my dogs. She’s also an awesome human who is extremely sociable and an all around delight!

Alison is just beyond wonderful. She has taken care of my Bernese mountain dog on several occasions for up to three weeks whilst I was traveling. I hated leaving him because that particular breed get very attached to their owner and of course he’s my baby, however, he just adored her. She is kind, generous and super trustworthy. Always responsive to questions and keeping me abreast of how things were going Highly recommend!
Alison is the best of the best! She loves animals and it shows. She takes care of my dog and 2 cats whenever I go out of town. She treats them as if they are her own and I trust her 100%! She goes above and beyond for her clients.
Alison is now my go-to for cat sitting. She cared for my three cats while I was out of the country for two weeks, and they were truly in the best hands. She went above and beyond every day—cuddling them, brushing them, cleaning the litter, and treating them like they were part of her own family. I came home to happy, relaxed cats and a tidy home. Schedule
I’m semi-retired and work part-time as a senior companion, so my schedule is flexible. I have plenty of time to do what I love: caring for animals, including my own dog, my children’s pets, and Rover pets. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and boarding on many weekends.
