My schedule is currently quite flexible throughout the week. Weekends are usually a little busier but I typically have time for dogs walks any day of the week.

I live in Nelson and have a car so I can either walk or drive to anywhere in town to pick up and walk dogs and/or feed & entertain cats. My current space is too small to host pets unfortunately.

I love spending time outside and being active so I’m always keen for a big dog walk/hike! I can also appreciate a slower paced dog walk :)

Pet care experience
I grew up with a cat, who lived to be 18 years old. I have extensive pet sitting experience, having looked after many family and friend’s dogs and cats. I currently dog sit for a few friend’s dogs in town and would be stoked to have some more doggos to walk and hike with!

Ali is a very loving and responsible pet caregiver, and I can always count on her to take good care of my 2 cats and my dog whenever we need her. I've relied on her for short and long durations where I've been away. Ali is detail oriented so she'll never miss a meal, walk, or quality time with your pet. I highly recommend Ali!
Ali watched my pup many times over the years before Twyla sadly passed. Twy was always so so excited to see Ali and be in her care which I think says a lot about a person. Ali has so much compassion for animals and always prioritizes their comfortability as well as emotional and physical needs whenever caring for them. Twy always came back well exercised and so happy. I was so grateful for Ali’s services.
I can’t recommend Ali enough. She is extremely reliable, communicative, caring, and attentive to my dogs needs and schedule. My dog has some sensitivities/nervousness and Ali has consistently been aware of these and provided Hazel with the best of care. Hazel is always relaxed and tired after spending time with Ali. If you’re looking for someone who will look after your animals with as much love and attention as you (or more!!) she is the right fit. I am stress free knowing Ali is taking care of my dog.
