I have half an acre of wooden fenced back yard and a large 20' by 20' composite deck that was built just last year. I will take lots of pictures and I am happy to take care of puppies too. I have taken the Cat and Dog First Aid course offered by American Red Cross so I understand the basics of providing first aid care for your cat or dog, as well as how to care for them in most common emergency situations.

Information Alison L. would like to know about your pet
I am not accepting dogs that are not house-trained at this moment. Please feel free to bring a crate with your animal if you have one.
A typical day
I would like to play fetch with your dog and pet and brush your animals. We would go out every 2-3 hours, each time 10-20 minutes. On a sunny day I'll work on deck and they can be out with me and lounge around for a couple of hours if they want. Water is always readily available for them along with balls and tug toys. I take lots of pictures and usually you'll get a couple every 3-5 hours or so. I will update you of when they eat a meal or a snack (brought by you, or a snack that I have that is approved by you).

Your pet's gotta friend in me!
Pet care experience
I've had pets since I was a little girl. During college, I worked as a Veterinary Assistant as a part-time job and have always pet sit. I have a lot of free time during this stage of my life and my work is extremely flexible. I would love to take care of your animals while you're away!
Reviews

Alison took exceptional care of my puppy, Rocky. She was incredibly responsive, answered all of my questions promptly, and kept me updated with plenty of photos and videos throughout his stay. I was initially a bit nervous about how Rocky would interact with a larger dog, as he has had negative experiences with bigger dogs in the past. However, Alison’s German Shepherd was one of the calmest, most well-behaved, and patient dogs I’ve ever met. Thanks to that gentle temperament, Rocky quickly felt safe and comfortable, and before long, they became best friends. I highly recommend Alison to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and caring dog sitter. She also has a spacious, fenced-in yard where Rocky could run, play, and enjoy the outdoors. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This was my first dog sitter experience and it went very well. Alison was thoughtful when providing her updates on my dog Nahla and the photos were great. I look forward to engaging Rover and Alison again. Thank you. Ramon

I loved the updates given. Alison was pleasant to speak with. I enjoyed my time and highly recommend! She accommodated Effies needs and was very understanding.

Persephone had a great time at Alison's house. Her pup Kinsley became fast friends with my pup. She was always excited rvery morning for daycare. Alison kept me updated with pictures and videos. Highly recommended!
