I have cared for various animals for the majority of my life. I am aware of the nuanced variations that come with the age of the animal, breed, personality and other unique needs. I will work with you to establish an exceptional care routine specific to your pet. Two of my favorite, pet-related reads are Cat Watching by Desmond Morris which goes into depth on a cat's body language as well as how they may need more play and stimulation from their person than they may appear to or express. The Tao of Bow Wow by Deborah Wood informed me about the psychological depth of dogs and how important it is for their well-being to know their role in the hierarchy and much more. I keep a clean and tidy space and always clean before I leave. I will cover all aspects of standard pet care and basic home upkeep.

Available for house-sitting/pet-sitting. I will create a calm and nurturing environment for your beloved pets to receive affection, one-on-one attention, stimulation and play. Dogs in my care will be well exercised and celebrated. Cats will know they're in the company of a 'cat person'.

I can’t recommend Ali highly enough! She absolutely saved me when I needed a pet sitter for my energetic Standard Poodle, Hopper, on very short notice. From the beginning, Ali was an excellent communicator and took such a thoughtful approach to getting to know Hopper. He can be a lot of dog, but she quickly learned his favorite games, discovered all of his favorite lounging spots, made sure he got great walks, and kept him happy, comfortable, and loved while I was away. This was the first time anyone outside of my family has ever stayed with Hopper, so I was a little nervous. Ali exceeded every expectation and gave me complete peace of mind. I truly can’t thank her enough. I will absolutely be using Ali’s services again. In fact, she’s given me the confidence to travel more often, knowing Hopper is in such capable and caring hands. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pet like family, Ali is the one!
Alison watched our two dogs (and fish) at our residence for two nights. She was very punctual, provided daily updates, took good care of the dogs (and fish), and left our home tidy.
We felt very comfortable having Alison in our home and are very happy to have found someone to stay with our Ted while we’re away. He had a great time. Thank you!
