Alison was very accommodating to our cats’ needs. She came over prior to us going away on holiday so she could see where the food/litter was kept, and had taken notes on any questions she had. She was always on time with her visits, with photos to prove she was there. The cats warmed up to her towards the end and she always provided a detailed update about each visit. Alison went above and beyond for us when we were due back, she got in contact to say she would clean the stairs as the cats had been scratching at the carpet, this was not expected of her at all but we were very pleased that she done it. She popped the keys through the letter box on the last day, and the cats were clearly looked after well when we returned. I would recommend her to anyone who is after a pet sitter and I will certainly be using her services in the future ☺️

Alison was so patient and sweet with our two shy kitties. It wasn't long before she earned their trust and was given cuddles as reward. Her detailed drop-in updates gave us comfort knowing they were being well cared for, and we returned home to two very happy and healthy fur babies. Would highly recommend Alison, and will hopefully use her services again.

As always, Alison is wonderful. She does an amazing job of looking after our Gowdie while we're away. It has been a very difficult time for us lately as I have been very unwell, but knowing we had Alison popping in to make sure Gowdie was looked after, made it less of a worry for me. I have been a bit stressed out with everything and having Alison there for help and support has been just amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure Gowdie is cared for in her own home. Thank you so much Alison. I don't know what I'd do without you now, probably neither can Gowdie, even though she is a mare!

This is the first time that Alison has looked after our Maine Coon, Gowdie. We had a friend staying at ours previously but she had to give up due to personal matters. I found Alison when I googled home cat sitters as I didn't want to put Gowdie in kennels as she's never been in. Alison called me and then came to visit us to meet us and Gowdie. It was a daunting prospect letting a stranger into our home, but we needn't have worried. Alison quickly put us at ease. We organised the key collection a couple of days before Alison's first visit. Gowdie was a bit stand offish when Alison first came in but on the 2nd day, she started to thaw out. Alison fed, watered her and cleaned out Gowdie's litter tray. I got daily updates and videos of her visits, which put our minds at rest. Alison left everything clean and tidy and opened/closed our curtains and switched lights on/off as well. Absolutely great service and will definitely be using Alison again next year when we go away again. She's an absolute star and is very friendly and helpful. It's great to know our home and our cat are being well cared for. Thank you Alison. See you soon. X

Alison was absolutely brilliant, she came to pick up the key at our convenience and I immediately felt at ease leaving Ace in her care. He must have felt the same as he was happy to have belly rubs! Everything was left clean & tidy and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
