I recently graduated from college and moved to North Carolina with my husband! Since I’m currently home most of the day, I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your pets the attention, care, and love they deserve. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and house sitting, and I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine and needs. I truly love spending time with dogs and would love the opportunity to care for your pets while you’re away! I’m reliable, attentive, and will treat your pets like they’re my own.

Our apartment is located in a quiet, gated community with fenced-in areas where dogs can safely get some fresh air and exercise. We don’t currently have any pets of our own, so your dog will have our full attention and won’t have to worry about sharing the space with other animals. I’ll always prioritize your pet’s safety and comfort and make sure they feel right at home while they’re with us!

The more I know ahead of time, the better I can make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while they’re with me!
A typical day
When I’m caring for your dog, I like to keep their day fun, active, and filled with plenty of attention! Depending on their energy level and routine, we might go for a long walk, play fetch or other games, spend time outside, or simply relax and enjoy some cuddles. Since I’m home most of the day, I’m able to give your dog lots of attention and companionship throughout the day. I’m also happy to follow your dog’s normal routine and adjust activities based on their age, energy level, and personality. My goal is for every dog to feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for while they’re with me!

Pet care experience
I’m a lifelong dog lover and have been caring for dogs since I was 13! I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities, from Saint Bernards to teacup Chihuahuas, and I always make sure they receive plenty of love, attention, exercise, and, of course, belly scratches. 🐶💕 I’ve also volunteered at dog shelters, where I gained valuable experience working with a variety of breeds, sizes, and temperaments. These experiences have taught me how to understand different dog behaviors, be patient with nervous or shy dogs, and adjust my approach to each dog’s individual personality and needs. Since graduating college and moving to North Carolina with my husband, I’m home most of the day and have a very flexible schedule. This allows me to give your pet plenty of one-on-one attention and companionship rather than leaving them alone for long periods of time. Most importantly, I genuinely love spending time with dogs and will treat your furry friend like they’re my own. My goal is to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, happy, and loved while you’re away! My rates are also negotiable depending on the needs of your pet and the services you’re looking for, so feel free to reach out and discuss what works best!

Alison O. cancelled a booking 2 days before it was scheduled to begin.
Alison was a great help and took care of all six of our pets while we went on a last minute vacation. She took the time to come and feed the cats, dogs, and a bunny, a few times a day (as per their individual feeding schedule). She also cleaned up after them, walked the dogs, played with all the pets, loved on them, and even sent us updates with pictures!! She was very respectful of our home, super sweet, and did the job without complaint. We would highly recommend her, and our animals were especially happy that we chose to use Rover and ultimately found Alison. ? We will use this sitter and app again.
Alison is very respectful and polite. She takes great care of my German Shepard Zeus. I’m frequently out of town on business trips and I can always rely on Alison to be available to take care of him. Zeus gets a lot of energy pent up and Alison had no problem taking him out multiple times a day, and she always is updating me on what she and Zeus are doing (she even sends pictures). I’ve had Alison take care of Zeus for ab 2 years now and she’s been great. She’s always friendly and very professional, and I can tell she loves dogs. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for dog sitting!
