We have no specific breed preferences but prefer dogs who don't shed. My father in law is allergic and stays with us often. We like to minimize his discomfort.
A typical day
We live in a quiet neighborhood and take walks around it in the evenings. We are also fairly close to a couple parks and go often. We’d love to take your pup on an excursion with us Your dog's sleeping arrangement In our bedroom unless they prefer to sleep elsewhere in the house. Time I'll spend with your dog All day every day. They might be alone for up to an hour if I need to go to the store. We go to church on Sunday mornings. Other than that your dog will be receiving around the clock love and affection. =)

I would love to be that pal for your pooch! =) My husband and I live in Ahwatukee with our two biological kids and our adopted kid (a cockapoo), Finley. We like to go for walks around the neighborhood and play fetch in the yard. Your doggie would be a welcome addition to our routine. I also work from home so I am able to love on your little companion without them having to spend too much time alone. As long as your dog likes other dogs we will get along great! Also, since I am home all day I am happy to help with house training your dog. About this sitter: I also enjoy running, reading,baking desserts and going on adventures with my other critter (husband), although not necessarily in that order. Why I love dog sitting I have loved dogs all my life. When I was 9 we adopted a poodle named Damie from an elderly lady who lived near my grandma. Damie was with me from 4th grade all the way through college and was a great dog. Meet my pets Our dog Finley is our pride and joy. He loves to learn new tricks and snuggle. I have sneaking suspicion that he is running for most popular dog in the neighborhood. He loves meeting new dogs and playing chase. On a number of occasions we have had people tell us that their dog who doesn't generally like other dogs seems to like Finley. About my yard I have a big, fenced yard with real grass!

Alison and her husband are simply the best! Mia was a little sad when we left, as she had never stayed with anyone besides family before. Alison made her feel comfortable and soon she was playing with Alison's dog and having fun. She got plenty of exercise and loved having Alison's son throw the ball for her! Alison sent us photos and updates so we never worried about her a bit. We will definitely be booking Alison in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking for amazing care for their dogs!
Alison is the greatest pet sitter. She cares for our dog as if he were her own. He gets TLC as well as lots of exercise and running around time with Alison's dog in their large backyard. I know he is sorry to leave at pick-up time. We could not be happier.
We were so fortunate to find Alison on rover.com! Our dog Cardi's stay with her went so well that our dog was clearly disappointed to leave when we picked him up. She could not have been more welcoming, flexible, responsible and professional. Alison provides her own informational questionnaire to obtain thorough information about the dog. She asks many questions about all aspects of the dog's daily routine. Our dog had many long walks and was treated like part of their family. Alison kept us updated with many photos during our trip. I can't say enough positive things. This was a great experience.
