I will follow your instructions with reference to feeding, exercise and general care. I am used to looking after pets in my own home, but do not offer this service. Please note: Due to allergies, I do not sleep with pets, which includes sleeping in the same room. I am also unable to use feather bedding and pillows.

I like to know how your dog is with walking on the lead, in relation to other dogs, and also any difficult behaviours. If I am looking after your dog overnight, I need to know about sleep patterns and behaviours. I am also unable to care for more than one dog at a time.
A typical day
I like to go on long walks, so will ensure that your dog and I have lots of active time together as well as time to relax once back at home.

I have over 30 years of pet ownership experience, and have also looked after pets belonging to friends and family members. I have been travelling full-time since 2018, and have very much missed having pets of my own, so very much enjoy caring for other people's whilst they are away. I have looked after and owned young dogs and puppies, as well as kittens and cats. I am calm, considerate and respectful; ensuring that animals feel comfortable, secure and safe in my care. I also consider it important to respect your, and your pets safety, so do not take photos of myself with your animals. This means I am unable to upload any to this site. However, I can forward references from happy owners, who will verify I have indeed looked after their pets.

Alison took care of my much loved little cat Megan while I had a short holiday. Alison suggested a meet and greet session in my home beforehand and Megan immediately decided Alison was her new best friend 💕 so it was lovely for me to know Megan was in good hands and I could relax and have a lovely holiday. Came home to a spotlessly clean and tidy house and a very relaxed and happy Megan, who I know appreciated having her usual routine and of course plenty of cuddles! I hope Alison will be able to house sit for me again and I highly recommend her.

Another fabulous cat sit from Ali, our cats adore her, especially Dennis! She went out of her way to make sure we were fully updated with their day to day activities and made sure they were brushed, happy & well cared for. Even buying them 10th birthday treats.
