My 7-year old Aussie, Romeo, was my pride and joy and I understand how much it means to have someone care for your baby the way you would! I have had dogs and cats my whole life so I have plenty of experience with them as well as dog sitting experience for many years. My first Christmas without my Romeo I was so nervous to leave him with someone I didn't know but I knew there was no way I could leave him at some kennel no matter how good the ratings. That's when I found Rover and the most wonderful dog sitter for him! My comfort and relief in knowing that he was going to be comfortable and cared for in someone's home while I was gone meant the world to me. That's why I decided to join Rover, to help comfort someone else in my situation! I promise to give your babies as much love and affection as they can handle! We now have a Heeler, 3 kitties, and 2 human babies. 😋 ****************************************************************** Because I have small children, I do ask that we do a meet & greet before booking any new clients. I want to be sure that everyone feels safe and comfortable! ****************************************************************** If you are looking for care for your puppy (under 1 year) or for an XL dog (>100lbs), please contact me! I have in my details that I do not accept these dogs as a general rule, but I can accept either on a case-by-case basis. (Is the pup house trained? Is the big dog high energy or mellow? Etc.) I am happy to answer any questions or concerns that you might have, feel free to contact me! I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies!

Alison was great with my dog Shiloh, who is pretty shy. Since Alison got down to his level, welcomed him in a friendly and happy voice he went up to her right away. She sent pictures and kept me updated throughout the day. This is a wonderful and caring family. I highly recommend Alison and will not hesitate to leaving Shiloh in such good hands. Alison provided the best care for my dog. I've used Rover several times, and this was hands-down the best experience. She is very communicative, sending updates daily, along with photos and videos. She has the sweetest family AND dog, and my dog settled in so easily. I highly recommend Alison, and will definitely use her again.

I couldn't possibly say enough good things about Alison to cover how I feel about my dog's stay with her. We got updates every day. She took our dog for a walk at least once a day. We were able to do a meet and greet before the stay and her dog, Achilles, was great with my dog. They got a long during the stay famously. The cats in her home tolerated my dog well. Her kids were good with the dog, too. When I returned from our two week vacation my dog was in good spirits, looked healthy and clean and was happy as a clam. I will book again with Alison. I cant recommend her enough. Everything was perfect.

I am currently a full-time stay at home mom so I have lots of time to love on your babies and allow them as many breaks as they need :)

Safety, trust & environment
We do not have a fenced yard, but we do get outside a lot! I will happily take your pup out for potty breaks on a leash as often as they need, and they will get two walks per day (unless you have instructed otherwise) We have a dog that loves to play, but he's definitely capable of giving space to dogs who need it. My goal is to make sure your baby is completely comfortable and happy!

A typical day
We have nice neighborhood to walk, weather and temperature permitting. Don't want those paws getting too hot! And plenty of toys if your pup enjoys playing fetch or tug-o-war!
