Alison was fantastic with my cats, Mei and Balu. She kept me updated regularly and made the whole experience completely stress-free. What really stood out was how naturally she connected with them, Seeing Mei so relaxed around Alison was wonderful. Balu completely fell in love with her. It was obvious they both felt safe, happy, and cared for. Overall, the level of care and attention she provided was outstanding.
