I always offer an optional meet and greet* before booking so you can get to know me and I can meet your pet (and make sure they approve of me too!). I fully respect and follow any routines, rules, or boundaries you have in place, whether I’m house sitting, walking, or drop-in visiting. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priority, and I do everything I can to ensure they feel secure and cared for while in my hands. *Please note: for locations beyond a certain distance, a small travel fee may apply.

Before caring for your pet, it’s helpful for me to know any important medical information (including conditions or medications), dietary needs, behaviour and temperament, exercise routines, and any house rules or training commands you follow. I also ask for emergency contact details so I can act quickly and responsibly if ever needed.

A typical day is centred around your pet’s routine and personality. This includes regular walks, playtime, enrichment, plenty of cuddles, and ensuring they always have fresh water and a comfortable space to relax. I carefully follow all feeding instructions and dietary needs as advised by you. I also keep owners updated with regular messages and photos, so you can relax knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for.
