When spending time with any pet, it’s so important to be gentle, respectful, and tuned in to their comfort levels. That means approaching them calmly, giving them space when needed, and avoiding anything that might feel overwhelming or threatening. I gained a lot of hands-on experience volunteering at an animal shelter, where I had the chance to interact with all kinds of animals—especially dogs and puppies with a wide range of personalities. That time really helped me develop a deeper understanding of animal behavior and how to make each pet feel safe, seen, and cared for.

Every pet is unique, so the more I know, the better! Things like their daily routine, favorite toys, quirks, energy level, any meds or health issues, and how they do with new people or other animals all help me give the best care possible. And of course—tell me what they love most so I can make sure they feel right at home!
Ein typischer Tag
Every pet gets VIP treatment—cuddles, scratches, silly nicknames, and all the love. For dogs, that might mean walks, a bit of training, and lots of play. For cats or other pets, we’ll do whatever makes them happiest—whether that’s toys, chill time, or just good company. I’m all about making sure they feel safe, loved, and totally spoiled.

Did a great job watching our Cat. Gave us plenty of updates on his health and was able to modify her visits last minute to accommodate our delayed travel plans. It was nice to have one less thing to worry about while we were away.
