I work from home so I am able to be home with your pet(s) full time! We provide safe and adequate play time, comfortable indoor space for rest and relaxation, and will follow personalized meal schedules, and can administer medications. We have a pet friendly home & a fenced yard with grass. We routinely disinfect using only pet safe products. Your pet will have access to the restroom regularly, fresh water throughout the day, and safe supervised social time. Our pets are current on vaccinations and very pet friendly. I’m happy to make sure your pets are well loved and have a blast while you are out of town! Professional Grooming Experience With over seven years of hands-on experience in the pet care industry, we bring a high level of knowledge and professionalism to every dog in our care. Collectively, my husband and I have worked throughout the Valley in a variety of professional grooming salons and boarding facilities, giving us extensive experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, temperaments, and needs. I am a retired dog groomer, and my husband currently grooms professionally in Scottsdale. Together, we are highly experienced in safely handling pets and are well-versed in canine behavior, health, and grooming standards. For added convenience, we also offer a home-based salon setup exclusively for our boarding clients. Grooming services such as nail trims, baths, and full haircuts can be scheduled during your pet’s stay so they can head home clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Home & Meet-and-Greet Policy Our home is a private family residence, not a facility open for tours or drop-in visits. For this reason, clients are not permitted to enter the home or walk through the property. If this setup doesn’t align with what you’re looking for, I completely understand and encourage you to find a sitter who better fits your preferences. I’m happy to schedule a meet-and-greet in the front yard. These meetings are intended to introduce your dog to my husband and I, evaluate temperament, and review routines or special care needs—they are not property tours. This policy is in place for the safety of my family and your pet. Many dogs behave differently when their owners are present, and maintaining this boundary helps create a smoother, less stressful transition when your pet stays with me. Crate Policy For safety, all dogs are crated overnight. If your dog is not crate trained, I’m unfortunately unable to accommodate them. This policy is firm and without exceptions. Crating at night helps prevent accidents, ingestion of unsafe items, and potential injuries when dogs are unsupervised. It ensures a safe environment for both your pet and my children. During the day, dogs are always supervised while awake, both indoors and outdoors. Group Care Policy I provide care for multiple dogs at a time, so all dogs must be comfortable in a social, group environment. I’m not able to accommodate dogs that require one-on-one care or need to be the only dog present. Dogs must be friendly, well-socialized, and able to safely coexist with others. For safety reasons, I cannot accept dogs with a history of aggression toward other dogs or those who struggle in group settings. All introductions are done thoughtfully and at a pace that prioritizes safety and comfort. I work to create calm, neutral environments where dogs can interact positively. Vaccination Policy All dogs must be current on vaccinations, including Bordetella. Proof of vaccination is required prior to or at the first visit. Daily Care & Environment I am home full-time, allowing us to provide consistent attention and supervision throughout the day. Your dog’s routine will be maintained as closely as possible from potty breaks and exercise to feeding schedules, grooming, and administering medications if needed. I prioritize a calm, clean, and structured environment to reduce stress and help your pet feel safe and at home. Photo and video updates are available upon request. Arrival Policy: To ensure a calm, safe environment for all dogs (and our household), please do not knock or ring the doorbell upon arrival. Loud or unexpected noises can create unnecessary stress and excitement for the dogs in our care. Instead, please send a quick message upon arrival and I will come out to greet you.
