My job is fully remote and very flexible. This gives me the opportunity to be fully present with your pet and spend quality time with them. I will be able to keep their usual routines going as if they were at home, and take them out/play with them a lot. I love giving both cats and dogs plenty of pets and playing with their favorite toys with them. I would love to play fetch or any other games with them as well. I also enjoy long walks, so if your pet enjoys long walks too, I am more than happy to take them around :)

I'm very clean and organized, and if this is a house sit in your home, I'll be sure to treat it as if it were my own home and follow any house rules you have. I always clean before I leave a house sit, and I try to leave someone's home the same exact way it was when I arrived.

A typical day
A typical day with me is full of attention, care, and companionship for your pets. Since I work remotely, I’m home throughout the day to keep them company, give frequent belly rubs, and make sure they feel loved and secure. I start the day with morning feedings, a walk or play session to get their energy out, and plenty of snuggles. Throughout the day, I take breaks to play fetch, toss a toy, or just sit and pet them while I work. I follow their routine as you instruct, whether that’s walks, potty breaks, medications, etc. In the evenings, along with dinner I love giving one last play session or cozy downtime so they feel happy and content before bed. I am also super happy to take any dogs on a longer walk/hike if they are able to!

Hi there! My name is Alisha, & I currently am working remotely as an actuary. Growing up, I always loved animals but never had the chance to have my own pets. Instead, I used to walk our neighbors dogs just for fun, and that would bring me so much joy. Now, especially due to my remote job, it's been pretty isolated being at home all day, and pet sitting has been a wonderful opportunity to help open my world up again and bring some joy into each day! I have prior experience sitting through Trusted House Sitters and through Rover and I'm comfortable with cats, and both small and large dogs (eventually I want 2 large dogs and 2 cats of my own!). I definitely have a soft spot for elderly animals too and love caring for them. I'm committed to giving your pets the best care possible and will be happy to send photo/video updates through the day. If they like games, have favorite toys, or like longer walks, I'll be happy to play with them and take them out for extended walks. I currently am not taking boarding requests to pet sit in my own home, but am always willing to stay in your home as a house/pet-sit and of course will keep it clean and will respect the space as if it were my own. Alisha is a delight! When she came to meet my cat and dog they immediately liked her and her warm energy. I felt instantly comfortable allowing Alisha into our home for her stay. She sent pictures everyday and small check-in notes, and I could tell she really cares about our pets and their wellbeing. I felt confident that our pets were in good hands, as Alisha is responsive, punctual, responsible, and very kind. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
