I’ve also volunteered at dog and cat shelters, which has really helped me understand different personalities, energy levels, and needs. Alisa is a devoted cat momma! She and her husband have two rescue kitties that they love very much and they even taught one of them to give a high five for a treat! I’ve never seen such a smart cat :) Alisa helped to sit and walk our dog Pippin many times and she is amazing with all different animals.
Alisa is a very attentive and caring sitter with a great connection to animals. She and Rocky found a common language right away, and it was clear he felt comfortable and happy with her. Alisa is easy to communicate with, responsive, and very accurate and thoughtful. I felt confident leaving Rocky in her care and would happily book with her again.

Schedule
I have plenty of time throughout the day to check in on pets, play with them, keep them company, and follow their usual routines. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to give each pet the attention and calm presence they need :)

I provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes, where pets feel most comfortable and secure. Staying in their familiar environment helps reduce stress and allows me to follow their normal routines as closely as possible. I’m a calm, respectful, and home-oriented person. I treat every home with care and attention, keep spaces clean and organized, and follow all house instructions closely. Whether it’s locking doors, respecting quiet hours, or handling keys and security systems responsibly, I take home safety seriously. I’m comfortable staying overnight when needed and make sure pets are never left feeling alone or unsettled. My goal is to create a steady, peaceful presence — someone your pet can trust and relax around, and someone you can feel confident welcoming into your home.

A visit with me is calm, attentive, and unrushed. We’ll go for a walk and explore the neighborhood, spend time playing if your dog feels energetic, or simply relax together so they feel safe and not alone. I always tune into each pet’s mood and personality, offering activity, companionship, or quiet reassurance depending on what they need in that moment.
