We had a chance to meet Alisa prior to her in-house sitting of our pup. She was lovely! So it is unfortunate that we have to say we would not book Alisa as a sitter for our pup again. Our pup was very clingy the few days after we returned home which indicates to us that the sitter situation caused him extra anxiety. On more than one occasion during the sit, our pup was left alone for much longer than agreed upon with Alisa prior to even confirming the sit, which defeats the whole purpose we pay for in-house sitting. There were also inconsistencies in communicated arrival/departure times & the times Alisa actually started/ended the sit. We paid for extra hours based on the scheduled start/end time which Alisa ended up not even being present for. It is for these reasons that we would not book Alisa as a sitter again.

I would highly recommend Alisa and wouldn’t hesistate rebooking her services. She was communicative and easy to work with. She took great care of our pets and sent photo updates to us which reassured our smallest members of the family were well taken care of. Thanks Alisa!

Alisa has taken care of our dog Buddy on multiple occasions. Buddy loves her and always looks forward to seeing her. She is very trustworthy, on time and does a great job walking and feeding him.

Alisa is very responsible and trustworthy. She has watched our pets while we’re out of town and does a great job. She always makes sure they feel loved and I never worry when they’re in her care.
