I’ve been caring for dogs since I was about 9 years old and have grown up around pets my entire life. I was raised with two Boston Terriers who lived long, happy lives and sadly passed away from old age. Through that experience, I became very familiar with the needs of senior dogs and understand the patience, attention, and care they require. I am comfortable caring for senior dogs, including administering medications and managing health concerns, as long as clear instructions are provided. Over the years, I’ve also regularly dog-sat, walked, and helped care for multiple family dogs, including five Labrador Retrievers owned by my aunt, a family member’s pug, and my father’s Golden Retriever. This has given me experience with dogs of different sizes, energy levels, and personalities. In addition to dogs, I have experience babysitting and caring for fish. I’m attentive, responsible, and genuinely love animals, treating every pet as if they were my own.

Your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priorities. I take time to understand each pet’s routine, personality, and any special needs before providing care. I closely follow all instructions regarding feeding, medications, exercise, and household rules to ensure consistency and reduce stress. In a client’s home, I respect your space and maintain a calm, clean, and familiar environment for your pet. I make sure doors, gates, and windows are secure, keep harmful items out of reach, and provide plenty of attention, enrichment, and supervision. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, clean, and pet-friendly environment with close supervision, regular potty breaks or check-ins, and plenty of affection. I never leave pets unattended for long periods and always prioritize their comfort and safety. I communicate regularly with updates, photos, and messages so you can feel confident and at ease while you’re away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and strive to build trust with both pets and their owners.

Alines house/cat sit for me and did a great job! They prepared well before the sitting date, followed all instructions, and sent tons of great pics. I would highly recommend them!
Alinés took good care of my dog—she was very responsive, sent a lot of photos throughout the sitting, and tried to make sure my anxious dog ate properly. One thing I wish had gone better is that she was an hour late coming to my place and an hour early leaving, which caused some stress for me as I was also dealing with flight schedule changes. It also seemed like she departed quite a bit from my dog’s usual walk/potty schedule. This all may be due to my location being inconvenient to Alinés, though, so it might not be an issue for others.
Will absolutely ask Alinés to take care of my pet in the future! Alinés provided a high level of care for my pet Eloise during an overnight stay. Prior to the overnight stay, she did a meet and greet where she took diligent notes about Eloise and her routine. Throughout the stay, I received lots of adorable pictures and updates which was comforting so I knew Eloise was settled in my absence. Alines also debriefed with me upon my return and took incredible care of my home. She is such a fabulous petsitter!!
Alines was very responsive and took Bandit on a lot of great walks.
Alinés was an excellent sitter for my eldery babygirl. Her communication was perfectly tailored to our preferences with lots if pictures and updates. She also followed all care and home instructions expertly, including multiple medications. When I got home I could tell my dog was so well cared for and loved, would book again in a heartbeat.
Alinès is an incredibly responsible and loving pet caregiver. She treats every pet like family, paying close attention to their needs, routines, and comfort. I would trust her wholeheartedly with my pets. She’s dependable, punctual, and always communicates clearly with updates and photos.

Schedule
I work full-time during the week as a cancer biology scientist in Cambridge. On weekdays, I’m available for pet care, sitting, feeding, and walks after 5:30 PM. On weekends, I’m available full-time for pet sitting, walks, and boarding. I’m reliable, attentive, and committed to making sure your pet is safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
Prices include all fees.
