From dogs and cats of all sizes to the occasional piglet or chick, caring for animals has always been a natural and joyful part of my life. I also worked with Rover in Seattle for about a year and I only stopped because of covid. Today, my husband and I share that same love for animals. We live a nomadic lifestyle, which means we can’t have pets of our own right now, but it also gives us the opportunity to meet and care for amazing animals wherever we go. During our travels, we’ve even fostered and cared for street dogs for short periods in places like Brazil and Puerto Rico, which has been incredibly rewarding. Now I live in Oceano and I have the opportunity to get back to Rover. I currently work at a hotel with varying shifts, so my schedule changes but that also means I often have flexible free time that I would love to dedicate to caring for pets around the Pismo Beach area.
