Alina was terrific in so many way. Excellent pet care service, Sent us daily updates & pictures of Harrigan. She took such terrific care with our cat. We knew he was in good hands with Alina. She also took extra care of my home & left it in excellent condition. I would highly recommend Alina for your pet services but hope she will be available for our future cat sitting!

Alina was absolutely perfect in taking care of our dog & cat. We truly could not have asked for a better sitter to leave our animals with as we traveled to our wedding & honeymoon.

Alina has been phenomenal with Cupcake. She genuinely likes dogs and I can see that from the way Cupcake is attracted to her. She takes great care of Cupcake and keeps her nice and clean. Thank you Alina for your assistance. We greatly appreciate it.

Bottom line. My house was safe, and my dog was in good shape when I returned. I however did have preliminary issues when I learned from neighbors no one was with my pup the first night I was gone. She was left alone 12 hours. In addition people I did not authorize in my home were there. This was extremely disturbing my first week away. I was told by my sitter to give her more respect! My first experience with Rover was not in any way smooth. I will hesitate to use rover again. Alina told me she had to have help performing her agreement with rover. She wanted to go on job interviews for a better job due to a family emergency, and therefore substituted her family members to perform her contractual agreement with myself and rover. My caring neighbors were alarmed and were calling me nonstop in an attempt to inform me of what was going on at home. I felt there was a breach of contractual agreement but after scolding Alina and talking with her for an hour while away, Alina straightened up and took better care to keep me feeling assured my dog was safe. I also got a call from a stranger saying my dog was in her yard. That was also very alarming. Turns out Alina was at a friends home with a yard and my dog Kalani jumped the fence into the neighbors yard. I was never quite certain where or who my dog was with until the last 1/2 of my absence. In my business experience? All of the above was below my expectations. I like Alina very much. But I was put thru excessive concern and stress in the beginning. I cut her some slack as there was a family emergency, a death in the family.

Alina was an excellent house sitter for us: She took care of our dog, cat and fish and went above and beyond our expectations: keeping our house clean and in good order. She was also willing to run important errands for us while we were away, collecting our mail and even willing to overnight us a package we needed while we were away. We whole-heartedly would recommend her to others and will definitely request her to watch our pets and take care of our house in the future. Thank you, Alina!
