I rescued my first cat from my backyard when I was 14. Was fortunate enough to find him in the nick of time since he was only a few weeks old. I raised him by myself with no help from anyone else in my family. They saw I raised him so well, they let me foster (he's mine now) another cat that was designated for my younger cousin. Unfortunately, they had no room for the cat, so I took him in as my own and he's never stopped clinging onto me since (literally, the dude is crazy obsessed.) I love both of my boys and will do anything to keep them living the luxurious life. Expensive food, spring water, high quality litter, and unlimited cuddle time whenever they please ;-p. And a weird thing is, cats I meet always warm up to me, no matter their history with their owners. I made the "meanest" cat turn into a butter ball just by petting him and giving him some lovin'. Same thing happened with a pregnant tortie who hated human contact. She let me rub her belly and play with her. Not to mention she was a feral farm cat. I LOVE CATS
