WOW! Alicia has truly been a Godsend. This precious lady has had all our bases covered. While we were concerned for our older dog's need for understanding and special care, Alicia's personal experience of owning an older dog was comforting. She was so concerned for ours and we knew our old girl was being well cared for. (We did recently have to put her down). When our younger female came into heat, because Alicia's already lived through that too, it wasn't an issue. The past 2 months our schedule has been erratic, changing from week to week. Alicia's been flexible and reliable. We've tried to make her being here a little easier. Because we are occasionally gone several nights every week, we've encouraged her to leave many of her things in our spare bedroom. She's truly part of our household but one we seldom see. Just this past week, while suffering sudden intense pain from a physical problem and needing to go to ER, Alicia persisted in taking care of our doggo. She kept us informed of her needs and actions, conferring with us and what we wanted her to do. Her commitment to the safety and wellbeing of both our dogs has so obviously been her highest priority. What can I say? She's kind, compassionate, totally trustworthy, an experienced dog owner, and our dog(s) like her. They are eager to see her when she arrives. It's an honor to give her the highest recommendation, though I told her I would give her a bad review - because I don't want to lose or share her.
