We were so lucky to have found Alicia who’s such a lovely person, impossible not to like quickly, by both owners and even the most anxious of dogs like I thought Toto was. Alicia is a confident and joyful presence who emanates reassurance and friendliness and she’s relaxed about anything you tell her about your dog, nothing’s unheard of or seems weird to her which proves how well she understands dog behaviour. Her two adorable cockapoos (Milo and Porter) became Toto’s friends and he definitely looked up to them. Alicia also goes above and beyond to ensure the sitting experience works both ways by suggesting meet ups and walkabouts from her own time which proved to be extremely beneficial. We left Toto with Alicia for two weeks and she gave us regular updates, sent us photos and told us whatever Toto did funny which was so nice and made us giggle. We’ve never felt more calm about his wellbeing as this time. I would give Alicia 10 stars if I could and we cannot thank her enough!

Alicia has been nothing short of amazing. She has a warm and welcoming personality. I was a bit apprehensive about boarding my dog with a stranger. She quickly built a rapport with Elvis, and made sure her dogs were also comfortable with him. I received regular updates with photos about his care. I highly recommend her service and will use her again in the future. Thank you for making Elvis feel at home.
