I have had numerous, diverse pets all my life ranging from dogs, cats, reptiles, small mammals, and more. Currently our family has an old rescue greyhound (Cooper), a German Shepherd pup (Calypso), and corn snake (Dora). Apart from helping to take care of the family dogs while growing up and also now taking care of my own, I do have sitting experience as well as overall pet knowledge. During high school and college I regularly pet sat for friends and family; some casual sitting and some specialty sitting. I have experienced sitting puppies, handicapped and elderly dogs alongside the usual. I have experience administering medicine and am physically capable of helping most dogs up if needed due to injury, illness, etc. I also spent 1-2 years working at the Phoenix zoo. I mostly worked directly with farm animals such as goats, cows, and horses, but I also had the pleasure of working with some other uncommon animals such as cow nose sting rays and squirrel monkeys. This work helped me to maintain a love and passion for all animals and also has given me experience with grooming and minor health care maintenance and taught me to always stay on my toes with any animal.

Alicia was great! She took care of our dog for a few days while we were out of town and went above and beyond by hanging out and taking lots of great pictures while we were gone. I would recommend Alicia to anyone looking for a reliable sitter
This was my first time using Rover. Alicia was great. She took care of my elderly pitbull, 8 year old boxer and 3 month old puppy. My puppy had also just injured himself which required extra care and she was wonderful. She communicated well and kept in touch with pictures which provided peace of mind during a stressful time.
Alicia did an amazing job caring for our dogs and house while we were out of town. She sent pics everyday and was so reliable and friendly and we knew our pets were well taken care of while we were gone. We will definitely contact her again to watch our pets and house.
Alicia spends quality time with our family members when we're away and is always communicative of how they're doing. Even went the extra mile when my cat brought a bird into the house 😬 She's a great sitter!
Booked Alicia due to a last minute issue with a family member that was supposed to watch my animals, due to my travel's. Alicia is awesome and my “boys” loved her. She stayed in contact, constantly updating me on the visits/walks. Will definitely book again soon!
Alicia cared for my desert tortoise and cat for a week, dropping in daily to feed them and make sure they were doing well. She did a great job and even fed the fish we have in aquariums and offered to water my plants. She sent pictures and updates daily. She did a great job and I really appreciate finding someone comfortable caring for my non traditional pet tortoise!

I currently have open availability. I am available during mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I am also a hairstylist so I coordinate both schedules around each other.

- I always complete a meet and greet with clients before a stay to ensure everyone is comfortable and fit well. The most important thing for me to know beforehand is if a pet is aggressive with other pets or people.
