Alicia was great with our dogs and they really enjoyed their stay with her. She sent us pictures and updates throughout the weekend which is always appreciated. Alicia took them for walks throughout the weekend as well and spent time playing with them. We will definitely be using Alicia again in the future!

Alicia was great! My newly-adopted dog was nervous in the car on the way over, but his old owners had boarded him with Alicia before and as soon as he saw her, he was happy and calm. She sent us photos and my dog really seemed to enjoy his stay. He even wanted to go on a walk around her neighborhood after we left!

When Alicia watches your pet

I am an early riser. Depending on your dog's preference, we go for a quick stroll around the block or a simple trip to the backyard. I follow the feeding routine your dog is used to. I leave the house for a few hours (3-4) to go to work/class, but typically return in the early/mid afternoon for a longer walk/exercise break. Afternoons are usually spent at home; and are peaceful and relaxing. As evening falls we usually go out for another walk; with the length depending on the dog's needs. When we return it is usually play/meal time, which helps the dogs to wind down before bed.

Boarded animals get their own individual space in my very quiet living room and kitchen, set up with everything they need to feel comfortable. I spend most of my time at home in the living room, where boarded pets are welcome to join me, but they should be comfortable sleeping away from me in the evenings. I have many extra supplies I keep on hand for all my boarding guests: including toys, treats (owner approved of course), beds, blankets, and some crates, so I'm well prepared to handle anything your pet might need.
