Alicia the animal lover!
Hey there, My name is Alicia! I am a 29 year old part-time teacher that wants to take care of some cute pets in my spare time! My availability varies during school months, but becomes a lot more open during the summer break! I have grown up my whole life with pets (dogs, cats, hamster, birds, fish) and I have many friends and family members that have pets that I take care of frequently! I don’t currently have any pets of my own right now, but I would love to pet sit, dog walk, or drop-in for your pets! Additionally, I have experience taking care of pets that need extra attention, such as giving medicine or extra grooming. I was nervous leaving Benny with someone I don't really know, but Alicia was great! Benny immediately bonded with her and she kept me updated on him while I was away. I will definitely contact her again!
Alicia was a perfect sitter Odie! She was so accommodating and my dog bonded with her immediately. Over a 3 night stay there were no issues and Alicia's ability to handle a strong breed like my dog shows her ability as a dog sitter. She is now my go to sitter for all future vacations :)
Alicia is quite possibly the most responsible young woman I know. She is loving and nurturing, has great morale, and heart too big for her body. I would trust her implicitly with my own cat. I have seen her first-hand take care of others' dogs. She follows all instructions left for her and provides the best care a dog can hope for.
Alicia is a very caring, nurturing person. She has taken care of my dog Harley many times and I know I can always rely on her. She loves cuddling Harley and taking him on walks at the trails near my house. He is 12 years old and quite the attention hog. Alicia has a very big heart and I know will always do what needed when I ask her to watch Harley.
Alicia is an extremely caring individual. She shows a true love for all animals and children. Alicia is a devoted nurturing young lady who shows empathy and sympathy towards animals and people. Alicia has a big heart and it shows when she is with cats and dogs. She ensures they are walked. Fed and groomed . She has personally looked after my friends dogs while they were on holidays. Alicia takes responsibility of looking after any animal very seriously.
I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Alicia for 17 years. I’ve watched her grow and become the most amazing animal loving girl I know. Alicia started off as our neighbour and quickly became our family! She is nature, sensible and compassionate! Alicia demonstrates excellent communication skills and has a genuine love for animals and nature. I put my full trust in her every time we go away ~ she housesits & takes care of our 3 dogs. She is always willing to help out and is very reliable! I highly recommend Alicia ~ she is the one person you want taking care of your pets! I know I do!!

Schedule
I am a part-time teacher, but I love seeing pets before or after work and on weekends! I’m flexible with times as long as it is not during normal school hours! If I am pet sitting for you, I always make sure to give your pet cuddles and a break right before I leave for work and right when I get home.

I treat your pets as if they are my own! I give them love, attention, and help them feel as comfortable as they can in my home! When taking care of dogs, frequent walks and play time are a must :)
A typical day
Walks, play with their toys, give them cuddles and attention. Anything that you tell me your pet loves, I will do it! :) I think it’s important to recognize that each pet is unique and needs different things or have different routines, and I honour that! :)
