I've been a dog lover since my first memory of around age 3 playing with our pet Alsatian, Shane. During my life I have had the pleasure of caring for many dogs, many of my own, I had Boxers, Collies, Staffies and a Lhasa Apso. Other than my own, I also looked after and loved as if my own, for family, friends, colleagues and clients. I have experience of Alsatian, Lhasa Apso, Shih Tzu, Doberman, Boxer, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Border Collie, Japanese Akita, Lurcher, Greyhound, Cavachon, Maltese, Dogue de Bordeaux, Whippet, Labrador, Lagotto Romagnolo, English Pointer, French Bulldog, Pug, Corgi, Terrier, Westie, Cockapoo, Cavapoo, Spaniel and several cross/mix breeds. I have cared for dogs in UK, Ireland, Portugal and USA. Your dog will be given the same love, care and attention as if it were my own. I love all four legged friends and have a genuine rapport with them. I have read books on dog psychology and feel a great understanding of how their mind works. I live between a holiday home in North Wales and a large motorhome and have a base in New Brighton and can usually be found near the woods, forests, beaches, parks and mountains... in fact anywhere close to nature, which is ideal for four paw friends to join in ... Your pet has full inclusion in almost every aspect of my daily life. There is numerous comfortable beds/places around the winnebago for your dog to snooze on to their hearts content. Rest assured your pooch will have a vibrant, exercised, playful and relaxed time whilst in my care x I also have much experience of looking after cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, horses, ponies, chickens/hens and fish. Alicia was fantastic with our little dog Penny who hadn’t been left before. We loved receiving photos and videos to see how she was getting on during the day. Alicia is a very warm and caring person and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and will definitely book again 🥰🥰
It was my first time having a house sitter and I can honestly say that Alicia was amazing. She was in charge of my 3 sprockers. 1 @12 years old and a bit of a princess and 2 rescues that can't be handled yet. Well, I was kept informed daily of their behaviour. Received pictures as well as videos. From being worried to go away, I was within 24 hours being able to relax. I am absolutely delighted and also noticed that my little plants had been looked after. Highly recommend Alicia. She was perfect with all the girls. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alicia was fantastic with Archie! After an initial meet & greet, she was reliable and punctual on arrival for the house stay and we were kept updated throughout with photos and vids. Our home was clean and tidy when we got back and Archie had clearly had a great time with her. Would definitely recommend! 🐾

Schedule
All skills I have are transferable which means I have plenty of free time for long walks in the fields, parks, woods and beaches - there's nothing better than dogs and fresh air. I like to explore new locations and places so there's always an adventure to be had. I am also available for pet care and house-sits if required.

Your dog/cat/horse (pet) will receive lots of attention, interaction, love and affection. I am fully insured and as previously outlined, will look after all animals as if they were my own.
A typical day
We'll head out quite early in the morning for a good 50 to 60 minute walk (or longer if energy levels require). We'll go and find a park or forest or the woods or a beach. If your dog likes to play ball then we'll have one to hand. Typically it is nice to walk along the promenade or near the beach - this is a favourite location of mine and the dogs I look after.
