I’ve been caring for dogs for over 8 years, including walking, feeding, bathing, and providing daily care for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I have 3 dogs and a cat of my own! Friends, family, and neighbors have relied on me to keep their pets safe and comfortable while they are at work or away. As a nursing student, I am very attentive, patient, and detail-oriented. I am comfortable following specific routines, administering basic medications if needed, and caring for both energetic puppies and senior dogs. Safety and consistency are always my top priority.

When caring for pets, safety and trust are my top priorities. I carefully follow each pet’s routine, leash instructions, and any special care requests provided by the owner. I always ensure collars and harnesses are secure before walks and remain attentive at all times. As a nursing student, I am trained to stay calm, observant, and proactive in any situation. I provide photo updates after walks and communicate clearly so owners feel confident their pets are in safe care!

Alicia and her boyfriend Jonah are without doubt the best house and pet sitters you could possibly have!! I was left pretty last minute without a pet sitter for my senior pup for a 10 day trip, Alicia took the time to come meet with her before our trip, and then while we were away she sent multiple pictures and videos updating us every day! The house was left spotless, communication was superb, overall great people and could not recommend her more!!! Id give 100 stars if I could!
Alicia took care of my dogs for 10 days. She did a great job! They returned home super happy!

Schedule
I am available for recurring daytime walks, drop ins, or pet sitting in Orange and Rockland County, NY. Throughout the fall and Spring time I am enrolled in an evening Nursing program in Bergen County NJ, and can also make accommodations there!
