I grew up in a household of rescue animals, cats, dogs, and the occasional wildlife. I had a doberman mix for twelve years (she passed two years ago). I don't have enough fenced yard to have a dog any longer, so I would love to get some snuggles from yours!

Alicia has always been an incredible pet owner. She will do anything to insure her pets are healthy and happy. On more than one occasion I have enlisted her to help watch and care for my cats. I could always tell they were well cared for when I returned. In addition, one of my coworker's husband had a life changing accident. She had to leave immediately for an extended time and had no one to care for her very large chocolate lab. Alicia didn't hesitate to take the dog into her home. She kept him for at least three months while my coworker was caring for her husband. During this time, she trained Jackson, the chocolate lab, and treated him like he was part of her family.
I have known Alicia for over 6 years and in that time she has proven to be the most compassionate and caring person I have ever known. These values are ever present in her care for animals as she goes above and beyond to make a lasting positive impact with the legs and animals that she comes in contact with. Alicia has a keen sense for how to approach and properly interact with animals based on what they may need or are displaying in present situations. Every pet is different and may require differing approaches for positive interactions. This is something Alicia thrives at. To me, it has always seemed as though she has a knack for reading animals and understanding their mood before attempting interaction. She always has an ear to learn new techniques or to help teach others about making their pets experiences more fulfilling. I am a better pet owner from having known Alicia. She has a relationship with animals that compels you to make strides to be better in your own interactions with pets and animals. This type of spirit is infectious and makes the joy of interacting with pets that much more meaningful.
Alica provided exceptional care for my dog, Rambo, and treated him as if he were her own. She was dependable, loving, attentive, and always made sure he was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I felt completely confident knowing Rambo was in her hands, and I highly recommend Alica for her responsibility, compassion, and dedication to caring for animals.

Schedule
I recently graduated and have an open schedule. I care for my own pets on a daily basis - water bowls are cleaned daily, and they are fed wet food twice a day. We play throughout the day, and their litter pans are cleaned at night. My cats truly bring me so much joy.
