Pets shape the heart
My name is Alicia. I’ve been a teacher for 18 years. I have had pets for as long as I can remember. As far as “on my own” pets; I’ve owned five dogs, a cat, 4 gerbils, and 2 ferrets. I have experience in medication administration. I had a seizure baby as well so I’m familiar with them also. I have always been super close with my pets and they are allowed free roam of the house and love snuggling on the furniture. I wish I could provide in home services, but currently have a foster staying with me. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Ratings and reviews
Always a pleasure having Alicia take care of my dog. He loves Alicia and is always super excited to see her.

Alicia was the best sitter I could have asked for. She took the best care of my dog one could ask for. My dog was drawn to her instantly and didn't leave her side when she was watching him. I couldn't be happier with her service.

I had to leave for a funeral out of state recently with only 1 day to prepare for my 2 adult cats to be taken care of. I knew I couldn't board them because they have serious attitudes about change. Alicia came over to my house everyday (for a week) to make sure they had food/water and clean litter. She didn't just drop in and leave, she sat with them. One is very social, the other very timid and both were letting her love on them. She also sent photos and I was 100% certain they were being cared for. I appreciated her being available in such short notice and would love to use her again.
Alicia is the perfect person for sitting with my dogs, while I was out of town she took it upon herself to send me pictures of my fur babies that mean so much to me, I appreciated that so much and it made me feel good about leaving my two dogs with her.

Schedule
I’m currently working flexible hours, so I have varying availability most days! When doing drop by visits to feed or give potty breaks, I make sure to spend a little extra time giving them attention. I’ve found animals can get their feelings hurt a bit when we rush in and rush out on a care visit. I want them to feel special and know that everything is good until your return.
