I currently live in an apartment with 2 indoor-only cats. I play with them every day to make sure they stay happy and healthy! I like to give them new toys, treats, or scents as often as I can just as new methods of enrichment. When caring for others’ pets, I do my best to keep them entertained and happy. I have no problems cleaning up any messes they may make. I like to send updates to the pet parent just so they can have the peace of mind that their babies are safe and sound with me.

While I don’t have experience caring for special needs animals, I am more than willing to learn. I’m comfortable administering oral medication and would be ok with injecting medication as well, with the consent of the owner.

Since I’m not able to board pets at my own apartment, I do my best to make do with what’s given to me. If they have toys, I try to incorporate playing with them. Going for long walks or having some play time outside is also something I enjoy doing with pets.

I mostly have experience with taking care of dogs and cats. I’ve also worked with more exotic animals like hedgehogs, birds, and reptiles! I’ve had lots of experience with the basic necessities like going on walks and playing with toys. I’m also comfortable giving any medications that the animals may need.
