About Me 🤍 Hi! I’m Alicia :) I’ve always been a huge animal lover and grew up around both dogs and cats. I have a Pomeranian of my own, and I’ve lived with and cared for all different kinds of dogs and cats over the years. I also have experience pet sitting, and I genuinely love getting to know each pet and their own little personality. I know every pet is different. Some dogs want to play and go on walks all day, while others just want to cuddle and hang out. The same goes for cats, some will be your best friend right away and others need a little time before they trust you. I’m very patient and always let them get comfortable with me at their own pace. I really just want them to feel safe and happy while their family is away. 🐾 I also understand that you’re trusting me with your home, not just your pet, and I take that seriously. Before getting into real estate, I worked in banking, so being responsible, trustworthy, professional, and respectful of people’s privacy has always been really important to me. I’ll treat your home with the same care and respect I would want someone to have in mine. A little about me outside of pet sitting: I’ve lived in Japan, Hawaii, Sacramento, and the Bay Area, and now I’ve settled in Monterey with my family. I love being outside, going to the beach, and taking walks around the coast, so having a pup come along with me makes it even better! At the end of the day, I really just love animals. Your pet isn’t going to feel like another “booking” to me. I want to get to know them, learn their little quirks and routine, and make sure they’re getting lots of love and attention while you’re gone. I want you to be able to enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy, cared for, and in good hands. 🤍

Creating a safe, calm, and loving environment for pets is very important to me. I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully to make sure pets stay comfortable and on their normal routine. I pay close attention to each pet’s personality, needs, and behavior to ensure they feel secure and cared for. Whether in my home or a client’s home, I provide a clean, attentive, and trustworthy environment where pets are treated like family and receive plenty of affection, supervision, and patience. I also love keeping pet owners updated with photo and video updates throughout the day so you can feel reassured and connected while you’re away. I know how important peace of mind is when leaving your pet with someone, so communication is always a priority for me, and I’m happy to answer questions or accommodate any specific care instructions.

Alicia did a **fantastic job** watching Elkie while I was away for three weeks! She truly went above and beyond to make sure both Elkie and I were happy and comfortable. One thing I especially appreciated was how wonderful she was about communicating with me, especially with the time difference while I was traveling. She sent me **numerous pictures and updates**, and it was so reassuring to see how happy, relaxed, and well cared for Elkie was. Alicia even went the extra mile while she was busy and introduced Elkie to her parents’ dogs. They got along really well, which was so sweet to see! 🐾❤️ She was also so thoughtful about making sure **I was having a good time and not worrying about Elkie**, reminding me that she was in good hands. That meant so much to me and allowed me to truly enjoy my trip without worrying. I would **highly recommend Alicia** to anyone looking for a loving, responsible, and caring sitter. Alicia is great. My dogs can be apprehensive with strangers so I was a little nervous how it would go hiring a stranger to walk them. She was slow with them so they have learned to trust her. I'm very happy. Always on time and gives updates right away.
Alicia was so incredible, my baby loved her almost immediately and she was so thorough during our meet and greet. I can tell she really put her heart and time into my pets. With the consistent updates and pictures there was not a doubt in my mind that my pets were being loved like they were her own.

Schedule
I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets I care for. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, pet sitting, and overnight care throughout the week and weekends. I enjoy spending quality time with animals and making sure they stay on their normal routine, feel comfortable, and receive lots of love and attention while their owners are away.

- I’d love to know anything that will help me make your pet feel as comfortable and safe as possible! Please let me know their normal routine, feeding schedule, favorite activities, medications or special needs, and any behaviors or triggers I should be aware of. I’d also love to know their little quirks, favorite toys, treats, walking routes, where they like to sleep, and what helps them feel comfortable. The more I know about your pet, the better I can make their time with me feel like their normal routine.
