Alicia said she forgot about the meet-up to meet Pebbles. My daughter had to call and ask if she was coming. She did come, but didn't ask for a house key. When she was there, I told her that Pebbles was her focus and that I had chosen her because she trains dogs and has Belgium malanois, which I know can be strong-willed like Pebbles. I told her Pebbles has only been cared for by family members previously. I had hired another person to care for our cats and decided to have that person also care for Peanut Sam, since he and one of our cats share a room at night. The other person said that Alicia had her put Pebbles' prong collar on Pebbles each time instead of doing it herself. The other person also said that Alicia was late each time and did not come at all on Friday night because she had to pick up her grandmother at the airport. I received no communication from Alicia the whole time we were gone. I texted her on Sunday that we wrre home, so she didn't need to come. I was disappointed with my first Rover experience.

Alicia and her family were great with Delta. It's a huge plus that she and her husband are K-9 trainers and understand what working dogs need. German Shepherds, Dutch Shepherds etc. I picked her up healthy and happy.

Alicia was a perfect match for Roxy. She was on time, friendly and dependable. Roxy is a Belgian Malinois that required specific understanding of the breed. Alicia more than exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend her for your animal.
