I regret having to leave a negative review, but my experience with this sitter was extremely disappointing. Initially, she was very eager to book the appointment, but that enthusiasm quickly faded once my dog was in her care. I had informed her in advance that I was coming from out of state and might be running late, but she was very rude and unaccommodating when I asked for some flexibility. I felt rushed and dismissed, and she seemed unwilling to make any effort to understand my situation. After hours of back-and-forth communication and involving Rover customer support, she finally agreed to continue the booking, but by that point, I already felt very uneasy. When I asked for photos of my pet, I had to practically beg for them. It felt like I wasn’t really speaking to her at all during the stay; instead, I was communicating with a guy I’d never met, who told me my dog had run out of food. This was a major red flag. I was never informed that my dog needed more food during the stay, and when I picked her up, she was clearly starving. It made me question how long she had been without food and why no one mentioned it to me during the booking. The whole experience left me feeling that my dog was not properly cared for, and that I wasn’t being communicated with in a timely or transparent manner. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this sitter. I feel that the care my pet received was subpar, and the lack of professionalism, communication, and basic consideration was disappointing. If you're looking for someone who will take the time to care for your pet and keep you updated, this is not the right choice.

Very happy with Alicia (and her husband)! India seemed very “at home” in their home as evidenced by the video she sent me!

I know my puppy is a handfull, Alicia took great care of my puppy. She even has a baby and was able to do everything required to take care of him. Would recommend her to anyone.

Alicia was very accommodating of my schedule which was a blessing. Her profile said that no other dogs would be present and one client at a time, but there was an aggressive dog there when I dropped Tex off, and another dog (luckily a nicer one) when I picked Tex up. I had left Tex’s crate and bed at her place, and when I picked it up there was different dog hair all over his bed, so The other dog(s) must have used it. While Alicia is very nice, I chose her with the expectation that there would be no other dogs present, so that last-minute change made me uncomfortable and concerned for Tex.

Alicia was very sweet! She was very attentive towards my pup. I didn’t worry about a thing! I’d definitely recommend her or call her again.
