I'm Alicia, a Husky rescue volunteer and proud mom to two adopted Siberian Huskies. I’ve cared for dogs my whole life, including pets with medical needs like diabetes and glaucoma. Animals are family to me, and I make sure every dog feels safe, understood, and loved. I’d be honored to care for your furry family member. Through my work with a Husky rescue, I’ve gained experience with dogs of all personalities — from shy and anxious pups to high‑energy working breeds. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes, from tiny seniors to large, strong breeds. I’m patient, calm, and confident helping dogs build trust at their own pace. At home, one of my Huskies is diabetic and insulin‑dependent, so I’m experienced with medication routines, insulin administration, eye drops, and monitoring chronic conditions. Whether your dog needs gentle companionship, active playtime, or special‑needs care, I provide reliable, compassionate support. I treat every pet like my own and make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away.

Alicia is a pet-lover through and through. She is caring and super attentive, talking to them and making sure they have everything they need, and giving lots of pets. She's really detail-oriented, so nothing gets by her. She also has experience caring for sick dogs and stays cool in an emergency. I trust her 100% to follow any special directions, but also just to be a thoughtful and caring caretaker.
I have known Alicia for 5+ years as a loyal friend, dog owner, and responsible canine friend. She goes above and beyond to ensure her dogs are well cared for, even when they become disabled and have unique medical needs. She has extensive experience administering canine medicines, assisting with surgical recovery, and ensuring the long term needs of her fur friends are properly met. She keeps them well exercised, walking them two to four times every day. On the days she cannot walk them, she finds someone who can.
