Why choose me?: I have a fenced in yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company if he/she enjoys it! I can also keep your pet safely crated if that is the preference. I can send frequent photos and will give regular status updates to ensure you feel comfortable leaving your pet with me. I also have over 20 years of experience caring for pets with special needs, elderly pets, and high/low energy pets. I genuinely love being with animals so you'll never have to worry when your pet is in my care. I offer pickup/drop off service at an additional cost for pets within 10 miles of my home.

Let’s schedule a meet and greet! Time permitting, I always like to meet your dog prior to their stay. I am also open to last minute bookings! Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors I should know about. My preference is caring for dogs who are friendly without any history with aggression. Things I want to know: - Is your dog friendly with children, people, and other dogs? - Dog breed - Dog energy level - I love to share photos of all the pets I care for on Instagram (@dogstayinn). If you prefer I do not post your pet, please let me know and I will respectfully oblige.
A typical day
I will ensure your pup’s needs are met whether that is having them staying inside warm with cuddles; or keeping them busy outdoors to burn off excess energy. I even have a doggy pool for those hot summer days!

About Me: My name is Alicia, and if there’s one thing I’m known for, it’s being an avid animal lover. I have owned, fostered, and cared for dogs my whole life and I am now fur mom to two beautiful Bernedoodles who are the light of my life. I work from home and have the time and space to play with and care for your dog(s) inside my home or out in my fenced yard. My husband loves dogs and is around to help as needed. My two dogs are super friendly and love playing with other dogs, however, I have the experience to know that not all dogs welcome all that energy. I am prepared to treat your pets as my own and would always have their best interest in mind. My goal is to provide you peace of mind while ensuring your pet feels loved, is safe, and has fun. I’m looking forward to welcoming you to The Dog Stay Inn, made possible with Rover. ***Due to homeowners insurance, I am unable to care for Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, or Dobermans.***
