Safety, trust & environment
I have a huge 0.5 acre fully fenced yard. The fence wraps all the way around my house (there is ZERO chance for dogs to escape through the front door if you know what I mean). The fence is 6ft tall and I have security cameras on all sides of the house so I can keep an eye on my dogs at all time. I can also put an AirTag on your loved ones for the peace of mind. Inside the house, it is set up with multiple baby gates to ensure all animals can be separated in case of need. The house is single story so there are no stairs for senior dogs or dogs with mobility issues. Single story also means I will stay with your dogs the entire duration of their stay. —————— In light of the recent upper respiratory infections outbreak in dogs. I am taking the following measurements for safety and wellness of my rover guests: 1. I am stopping taking dogs to dog parks or any dogs concentrated places to avoid contact with other dogs. 2. I am only going to do leashed walking in the neighborhood and have playtime in my yard (luckily we have a big yard 🍀) 3. I am asking anyone who is boarding their dogs to have their vaccination up to date and try to avoid contact with other dogs until their boarding dates. 4. If there are any sign of illness at the drop off time, I will politely ask owner to find an alternative plan. Thank you everyone 🙏 I am doing my best to keep everyone’s baby is happy and healthy! ———————

Information Alice L. would like to know about your pet
I would love to hear more about your dogs! Let me know if your dog has any dietary restrictions or specific feeding instructions. Please also let me know if your dog has any specific behaviors so I can customize the care. I also recommend bringing a bed or crate that your dog is familiar with so they can feel more comfortable in a new environment. Thank you!
A typical day
I usually provide dogs a lot of stimulation mentally and physically. There are unlimited yard access all day during the day. We’ll go on trail run, or a neighborhood walk, or dog parks, or play fetch or tug of war in the yard in the late afternoon after I get off work (small/medium rain or shine). If it’s pouring outside I either wait for a gap between the rains or just enjoy some cuddle time on the couch watching TV. That’s a typical day with my own dogs too.

Dog is part of my family - me and my family love dogs and we treat dogs like our own family! ❤️ 2. 0.5 acre fenced yard - that is just loved by all dogs big and small 3. Flexible schedule - I understand it is hard to know exact travel plans so if we communicated in advance usually all the times work 4. Tons of update - I understand the feeling of leaving your dog behind and worried about their wellbeing. I provide frequent updates to ensure you know how your dog’s day went ❤️ About me: Hi there, my name is Alice. I would love the opportunity to provide a loving home for your pet while you are away. They can enjoy a fully fenced 0.5-acre yard and access to anywhere in the house (all couches and my bed included!). I treat all my Rover guests as a member of my family and they will be spoiled with unlimited yard access during the day, and fun activities (dog parks, beaches, neighborhood walks, tug of war, fetch balls) after work. I’ll take care of the special needs of your pet because it is important to me that they can have the same routine they have at home. I love animals and my life has been tailored around owning dogs and making sure they are happy! When I moved, I moved with my dogs in mind and I now own a 0.5 fully fenced yard which is just loved by all dogs big and small. Secondly, I choose remote work on purpose so I can be with my animals 24/7. From here you can probably see I have a passion for animals :) Rover provides me with an amazing opportunity — to meet more dogs and work with dogs full-time. I have cared for young puppies, elderly, shy, nervous, giant, tiny dogs. Each of them is a unique individual. Don’t be shy to tell me all about your dogs. I would love to hear more from you! I have also volunteered over 200 hours for the local wildlife shelter and companion animal shelter at PAWS when I didn't have my place. I also fostered cats and kittens from PAWS. In my free time, I enjoy doing training such as nose work, agility, and sheep-herding with my 2-year-old 65lb White Swiss Shepherd girl and we sometimes travel for dog shows. I also love to cuddle together with my 15lb senior mini poodle. On weekends, we often go on hikes and trails to explore the beauty of PNW. I would love to bring your dog along (that is if your dog likes hiking of course). I also have a 3-year-old cat at home who is super chill and don’t mind dogs at all since he grew up with my shepherd. My dog and cat also help me socialize foster kittens. I also offer free cat boarding for the muti-pet family who own both cat and dog and maybe other critters. I understand it is hard to find a sitter for each type of animal. If you board your dog with me, I can host your cat for free in our designated cat room with a cat door so only the cat can enter and exit freely. I also have extensive experience with small to medium-sized parrots and other critters. Please let me know! Language: Mandarin Chinese (中文可以沟通)
