We love your dog already!
Both my husband and I never had a dog but we have experiences talking care of and walking our friend's Shiba. We have also volunteered in adoption centres back in Hong Kong. We enjoy spending time with dogs and are big advocates in dog training, so please do share commands that your dogs know so we can do fun training sessions!

Lola had a great stay with Alice and Jeff and I’d happily use them again. They were easy to deal with, kept me updated with photos and videos, and she looked very settled the whole time. Flexible on drop-off and collection which made things straightforward, and being local was ideal. Would recommend.
Alice is just amazing!!! She did an amazing amazing job, frappe was soooo happy with her. All the walks , the playtime, home ball! He absolutely loved his time :)
Alice and Jeff were really great with Twixy. They were kind, attentive, and clearly took into account all the details we shared about her routine and personality. They regularly sent us videos and pictures, which gave us great peace of mind. Twixy is not the most social dog, but they managed to find the right approach with her, and it was clear she enjoyed their company. They were also very sweet and pleasant in all of our interactions. We would very comfortable trusting Twixy with them in the future.
Alice was absolutely wonderful with Bonny. From the moment we met her, I felt completely at ease leaving him in her care. She was attentive, kind, and clearly experienced, and it showed in how comfortable and happy Bonny was throughout his stay. She kept me updated regularly, which gave me real peace of mind, and it was obvious that Bonny grew very fond of her. When I picked him up, he was relaxed, well cared for, and clearly had a great time. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Alice again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter.
Alice and Jeff have been excellent with our dog. Lilu settled with them quickly and clearly felt comfortable in their home. We used both day care and a short boarding stay service. In both cases they were reliable, communicative and genuinely attentive. They sent a lot of pictures, videos and took Lilu for a long walks couple of times per day. It is obvious they love and understand dogs and know how to create a calm environment. We’ll happily book with them again. Thank you so much!

We are both freelance designers that work from home 24/7, it allows us to take regular breaks and can easily incorporate walks and indoor/outdoor playtime into our daily schedule.

Our flat is on the 6th floor with a balcony. We ensure that pets are only allowed on the balcony under supervision. The balcony door is covered by a mesh net providing an extra layer of security and could keep the air flowing during hotter days. There is a small park 2 minutes away by walking and the Thames Barrier Park is 10 minutes away. We love taking a stroll in these parks even without a dog of our own.
Ein typischer Tag
Our typical day revolves around a flexible work-from-home schedule as freelance designers. We start with morning walks at the nearby small park, just 2 minutes away. Throughout the day, we take regular breaks to interact with the pets, ensuring they get plenty of playtime, attention, and exercise. In the afternoon, we often visit the Thames Barrier Park for a longer stroll. Since we're home 24/7, we're always available to provide care, supervision, and lots of affection!
