A typical day

Alice was absolutely brilliant with Derek yesterday. It was quite a last-minute booking, and I’m so grateful she was able to take him on — especially as there were a few little changes our end because of work, and she was so kind, flexible, and easy to communicate with throughout. We got lovely photo updates which made such a difference, and she was really reliable with timings too, which I appreciated so much. Derek clearly loved it — he ran straight in without a second thought, had a good sniff around, spotted a burger toy and made a beeline for it straight away 😅 then settled in for cuddles like he owned the place. You can always tell when he’s happy somewhere, and he really was. Such a calm, caring environment — we’ll 100% be booking again. Thank you so much, Alice
We feel incredibly lucky to have found such an amazing dog boarder! They cared for our dog over two long weekends while we were away, and the experience could not have been better. From the very beginning, it was clear how much love and attention they give to the dogs in their care. They sent frequent updates and so many wonderful photos, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were gone. It meant the world to see our dog out on walks, playing happily, and looking so relaxed and content. They truly went above and beyond, after a muddy walk, they even bathed him so he came home clean and fresh. They provided plenty of toys to soothe and comfort him, made sure he got lots of exercise, and most importantly, gave him so much affection and reassurance. When we picked him up, he was happy, calm, and clearly very well cared for. We are so grateful for the kindness, attentiveness, and genuine love they showed our dog. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional, trustworthy care.
Alice looked after our dog for a long weekend. She arranged a meet and greet beforehand and we could see that our dog was very comfortable with her. Communication was very good while we were away with photos and she also checked that we were on time to get home as expected. I would recommend Alice and will definitely use her again.
