Hello, my name is Elaine. Dogs have been a huge part of my life, not only are they pets, but they are also show dogs. I have won countless awards in the show ring and have made many dogs up as show champions. Not only do we show dogs, but I also judge them and have judged well over 20 different breeds, ranging from German Wirehaired Pointers to Dobermanns. In order to become a judge, you have to take and pass several exams, where you have to learn the correct breed standards and characteristics of each breed. Taking time out from showing dogs, I also organise and put together the local companion dog show. I have also done obedience training and currently learning about field trials. If you have any questions about your dog, ie. coat, behaviour etc, I am sure to know the answer! Over the years, many friends have trusted me with looking after their dogs as they know they will be in safe hands and know I will treat their pets as I would our own with love, walks and of course lots of cuddles!

Safety, trust & environment
I will only do home boarding in your home to ensure your dog is happy, safe and content. Moving them away from their home environment is not something I like to do as it disrupts their routine.

The communication has been amazing this week. With this being a last minute request it’s been greatly appreciated. They’ve been very professional throughout and Otis has loved it. I’ll definitely use them in the future and recommend to other friends.
2 very lovely people that obviously have knowledge on dogs. Came to meet Harley and he loved them. Sent me pics of there walks and update which is nice. Definitely recommend, I feel happy Harley is in good hands 😊
Elaine came to walk our 14 month old Golden Labrador puppy over a couple of days while we attended our son’s wedding . She came to our home to meet Annie ? a few days before when we discussed Annie’s needs including a short exploratory walk with her . We were told Annie would be on a lead at all times which was very reassuring. Elaine walked Annie at prearranged times including a bedtime walk at 9.30 pm . She kindly sent lots of photos of Annie’s walks, Annie eating and Annie generally being Annie ?. Everything went very smoothly. We found Elaine to be highly professional and extremely knowledgeable about dogs having shown her own dogs at Crufts . She interacted with Annie beautifully and Annie was overjoyed to meet her . Elaine is the type of person who is warm and friendly, is flexible and will fit in with your needs ….she was alway available to message or call and will go out of her way to make sure your dog has a happy experience. She is very trustworthy and responsible. We highly recommend Elaine and will be asking her to walk Annie again.
Teddy had another lovely walk with Elaine. We are so pleased to have a reliable person to take him out when we are working. Thank you Elaine x

Schedule
I am retired so I have plenty of time for dog walks and cuddles during the week. The weekend, I’m normally at a dog show but I will update the calendar accordingly.
