Your pet + me = fun, safe & love
Hi there! I have deep compassion and love for animals, especially dogs & cats. Personally, I’m a fur parent to a senior 16 year old Silky Terrier named Toby. He’s a true grumpy old man but keeps to himself and coexists with other fur babies when we have guests. In late 2018, I started volunteering at The Dog Cafe, a nonprofit organization that helps rescue dogs from kill shelters and prepare them for foster or adoption, while serving their own branded coffee and merchandise to customers. I have experience pet sitting (dogs + cats), boarding, and walking dogs of all breeds and sizes. From chihuahuas, terriers, and shih tzus to pitbulls, mastiffs, golden retrievers, huskies, and dobermans. My experience with this diverse list of dogs has taught me how to handle different temperaments, which is an important skill to have. In addition to having a keen eye for abnormal behavior in case of emergencies, I also have experience administering solid and liquid medication orally and in the ear for infections when a dog requires it. My availability is extremely flexible as I work from home. I also have reliable transportation so traveling to and from visits and/or walks is no problem either. I'm extremely excited for the opportunity to meet your fur baby and look forward to the experience.

Schedule
My schedule is very flexible during the week. Depending on your pet’s required level of activity, we would have a day of adventure or may stay in for some stimulating play with toys and/or exercise.

We live in a house with a fenced in front and back yard with ample space for your fur babies to run around for exercise.
A typical day
If I have the opportunity to meet your dog, I'll make sure that they have sufficient exercise during our walks. The level of activity will be customized according to the dog's physical condition, as stated and given by the owner. When appropriate, I'll make sure your dog will have access to a dog park, a regular park/lake, hiking, grassy areas, and the space to run.
