I have looked after animals most of my life and bring a calm, caring, and responsible approach to everything I do with pets. I grew up with a family dog, and have looked after and walked friends and family dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities - whether it’s a bouncy labradoodle or a tiny dachshund with big opinions. This includes walking, feeding and sitting - whatever a dog needs to feel happy and cared for. I have a lot of hands-on animal experience. As a teenager my dream was to become a vet - but as an adult I realised my love for science was stronger and so I didn’t pursue it in the end! However, along the way I completed various animal-related work experiences, including in veterinary practices, where I got to observe consultations and surgeries and help with safely handling and restraining animals. I also volunteered in kennels and spent 10 days in Uganda helping with dog handling during rabies vaccination programmes. All of these experiences taught me how to read animal behaviour, stay calm in new situations, and always put the animal’s wellbeing first. I live in a quiet, child-free house with my partner, and we are both working professionals. We are fortunate enough to have a large fenced garden, so plenty of room for a good sniff and play, and there are also lots of safe walks nearby. I am patient, attentive, and comfortable with dogs of different ages, including puppies who need consistency and older dogs who may benefit from a gentler pace. I will follow routines or special instructions very closely, and my main goal is to make pets feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for while their owners are away or busy.

Wilbur had an amazing stay with Alice and Stuart. They did their upmost to help Wilbur stay comfortable with the extreme temperatures and we will definitely be booking them again.
Alice has looked after Cookie a few times. She communicates very well, and is very understanding of Cookie’s needs. She has a spacious garden and is close to a large park for walks.
Alice was great with Cookie. Kept us well informed and sent plenty of pictures. Cookie seemed happy during her stay. We would highly recommend Alice.
Alice was absolutely wonderful! She was very quick to respond to all messages, and even accepted our last minute boarding request. Our dog can be a little nervous and shy, but she warmed up to Alice very quickly. Alice also sent lots of photos and videos, which was very much appreciated.
Alice has looked after my Dachshund multiple times and always does a great job. He can have his little quirks, but Alice has always been really understanding with him and she's now one of his favourite people. She's always been very reliable and keeps me updated with photos.

Programa
I currently don't work on Friday afternoons, and this is usually when I go for a walk so I would love to have a furry friend join me then! I am also available for walking, day/overnight sitting, and home visits on Friday afternoons, Saturdays and Sundays. During the rest of the week I can do walks, home visits, or sitting in the evening.

I follow each pet’s routines closely, keep them safe, and make sure they have fresh water, food, and cozy spots to relax. I live in a quiet, child-free house with my partner, and we are both working professionals. We are fortunate enough to have a large fenced garden, so plenty of room for a good sniff and play, and there are also lots of safe walks nearby. I pay attention to your pets behaviour, giving extra reassurance to those who might be nervous, and make sure playtime and walks are safe and enjoyable. My goal is always to help pets feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for while their owners are away.
Un día normal
I will keep your dog stimulated physically and mentally - we will play games with their favourite toys, go for walks to check out all the local smells and, depending on the dogs needs, have a good run about.
