Hi! I’m Alice, and I’m a friendly, caring and reliable animal lover who would love to look after your dog whenever you need! Although I don’t currently have a pet of my own, I absolutely love animals and I’m excited to have the opportunity to give your pets some extra love and attention when you can’t be there. My closest friends have dogs and I have walked them when needed and housed them whilst friends have been away. My ex-partner had a dog, we were together for 8 years, and I looked after her due to my work commitments - she was my little running buddy and kept me company whilst working from home. I understand that leaving your pet can be stressful, so I’ll make sure they’re well cared for and comfortable in their own home, in mine or out for a walk. I’m happy to follow their usual routine, whether that means feeding, walking, napping, having a play, giving them lots of fuss (if they want it!) or simply keeping them company. I’ll also send you regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your dog is happy and being looked after. ❤️ I’m reliable, respectful of your pet and home and will always treat your pet as an individual. I’m also very happy to arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand so you can show me their routine and make sure we’re a good fit. I’d love to meet your furry friend! 🐾

Alice is fantastic! She looks after our fur baby whenever we go away and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. She is so attentive, takes dogs on walks frequently and lives near a gorgeous walk so you know your pet will be getting out for their walks. Alice’s communication is extremely efficient which is what I look for when I went to check the my dog has settled in well. She sends regular updates with pictures and messages too so it doesn’t feel like he’s too far away. If you’re looking for someone to look after your pet, I would highly reccomend Alice.

Schedule
I work during the week, predominantly from home, but have good flexibility around my working hours, as well as evenings and weekends. I’m able to plan pet visits and walks around my schedule and will only accept bookings that I know I can give the time and attention they deserve. I am normally walking the local area solo, before and after work and on my lunch so it would be lovely to have some company! I’m reliable, organised and punctual, and I’m happy to work with your pet’s usual routine wherever possible. I can also be flexible with visit times when needed, and I’ll always communicate clearly with you about availability.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and wellbeing will always be my priority. I’ll take the time to understand their individual personality, routine, needs and any important instructions before looking after them. For visits and walks, I’ll follow your instructions carefully, including feeding routines, medication if required, toilet breaks, walking preferences and any things I should be aware of. I’ll always make sure doors, gates and leads are secure and that your pet is safe before leaving. I’m respectful of your home and will leave everything clean and tidy. I’ll also keep you updated during visits with messages and photos, so you can feel reassured that your pet is happy and being well cared for. I’m very happy to arrange a meet-and-greet before the first booking so we can get to know each other, you can show me your pet’s routine, and we can make sure I’m the right person to look after them.
