Ali was brilliant, very friendly and understands cats well! Ali gave very good, detailed notes and picture updates. Ali persevered with our shy cat and won him over, and worked nicely with us to find a solution for his shyness. Overall, could not have been better and we'd love for Ali to look after our cats in the future.
