Alia is very accommodating and obviously good with dogs. She kept us updated during her stay so we felt secure that Monkey was being cared for. Apparently the smoke detector started beeping on the first day that she arrived, so she replaced the batteries for us instead of just taking them out, which we appreciated. Overall a good experience :-)
Alia has watched several of my pets over the years and has always impressed me both as a caretaker and as a person. I'm a bit particular with who watches my pets (they tend to be my favorite family members) and after watching our dogs (Maltese and Lab) interact with Alia during our interview I felt completely comfortable having her watch them. They're always excited to see her and she's done a great job with ...
Alia is an amazing sitter! She is caring, thorough and communicative. We have cats and dogs, all with their own routines and schedules, and Alia handled our rowdy bunch extremely well, constantly sending updates and pictures! We couldn't have asked for a more awesome person to watch our lovelies
Friendly & flexible dog companion!
Where should I begin? There have been dogs in the house since I can remember, thanks to my mother - the superwoman of dog breeding and canine nutrition. I've helped her raise and care for everything from tea cup poodles to dobermans to great danes (kittens, squirrels, fish and birds, too!). I want to continue our pet-loving family's legacy by becoming your go-to pet sitter. I'm insured both through Rover and covered through my own pet ...
What Alia would like to know about your dog
"Size doesn't matter" - all breeds are welcome! I enjoy knowing the dog's personality type - is s/he shy, energetic, rebellious? Do they need a ton of exercise? Are they the cool as a cucumber type that just wants to sit around and read poetry? Are they the 2016 National Tug-O-War Champion?
Remember that part about me being an honest communicator? Here it is: While I love and respect all doggie identities, I find that I provide the best care to those pups that do not exhibit signs of extreme separation anxiety. A little is to be expected of course (who wouldn't miss you?!?), but if the animal needs 24 hour attention or hours of reassurance, I'm sure there's a lovely individual in the Rover universe that's better suited to successfully manage that degree of immersion. If you're unsure about whether or not your dog fits that description, message me and I'd be more than happy to talk it out with you :)
