🐾 A Home Away From Home for Your Fur Babies 🐾 Hi! I’m Ali, I’m 37 years old, and I’m here to provide your pets with a safe, loving, and comfortable home away from home while you’re away. My goal is to be a reliable and caring person your family can lean on when life gets busy. **Safety is always my #1 priority**, while making sure your pets receive the individual care, attention, routine, and love they’re used to at home. I’m looking for the right families who want their pets to have a second home where they can feel comfortable, loved, and cared for—not simply boarded. 🏡 My Home I only care for pets from **two separate households at a time**, which allows me to give each pet plenty of individual attention while keeping everyone safe and comfortable. I have two living areas that can be separated with gates, along with additional barriers throughout the home. This allows pets to have their own space whenever needed. I have a **5-year-old niece** who visits and is very respectful of animals. Please let me know if your fur baby is not kid-friendly so I can make the proper arrangements. I’m flexible and willing to work around your pet's needs, routines, and schedules. I also have a **10-year-old female Pomchi** who is dog- and cat-neutral and wonderful around other animals. She is, however, definitely a little barker when someone comes to the front door or when people arrive. 😂 If I have pets from two households staying at the same time, I take introductions slowly and pay close attention to everyone's body language. I never force an interaction, and pets can remain separated whenever necessary. Please bring your pet's favorite treats and either a printed copy or text of their routine, including feeding times, walks, treats, and medications. 🐶🐱 Dogs & Cats Welcome Cats are absolutely welcome in my home! They have their own dedicated room with hiding spaces, places to climb, and a cat tower with washable bedding. If a dog stay overlaps with a cat stay, I have an additional gate barrier at the entrance to the kitty room for extra safety. When appropriate, cats can also enjoy the rest of the house. For dogs, I want their stay to feel like they're visiting a comfortable home rather than staying in a kennel. They'll have plenty of room to relax, play, explore, and hang out with me. 🌴 Backyard & Outdoor Safety I have a **fully fenced backyard** and live on a canal. The backyard is securely gated away from the water, and **pets are never left outside unattended**. I will always be with them while they're in the backyard. Dogs can go outside for potty breaks throughout the day as often as needed. I typically take them out every 3–4 hours, but if your pup needs to go sooner, we go sooner! Morning and evening walks are also available, along with additional outdoor time based on your pet's normal routine and needs. ❤️ Daily Care I like to keep your pet's routine as close to home as possible. Our mornings typically include a potty break, breakfast, fresh water, medications if needed, and plenty of time to play, relax, and get to know one another. Throughout the day, they'll have potty breaks, playtime, attention, and plenty of opportunities to relax. Evening includes another potty break and dinner according to your pet's normal feeding schedule. I provide food and water bowls, washable chew toys, and clean tennis balls that I replace regularly. 📸 Staying Connected I know how hard it can be to leave your pets behind, so I’ll send **daily photos** and keep you updated on how they're doing throughout their stay. Building a bond with each pet is very important to me. I want them to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and truly at home while you're away. 🐾 Why I Do This My latest dog was my best friend—a timid shelter dog who spent nine wonderful years by my side. When she first came into my life, she was very timid. With patience, love, and consistency, I was able to help her become a confident and happy companion. Losing her in 2018 was incredibly difficult. Although she is no longer by my side, caring for animals is still something that brings so much meaning to my life. That experience is a big part of why I want to help other pet parents feel comfortable and at ease when they have to leave their babies behind. **I know they're not "just pets." They're family.** ❤️ 🐾 Meet & Greet Before booking a stay, I require a **meet & greet**. It's a chance for us to meet, talk about your pet's personality and individual needs, and make sure my home is the right fit for both of you. Ali always takes such great care of my cat. She has been my go to cat sitter since 2022. She is very caring and responsive to all Carlisle’s needs and keeps me updated with daily videos and photos. I highly recommend her services.
Ali was AWESOME! She sent lots of updates, pictures, and videos. She also took lots of measures to ensure my dog got the best care possible-- like purchasing a gate to position at the door so my dog couldn't accidentally get out! If you want your dog in good hands, go to Ali!
Ali is amazing! She has dog sat for my two pups twice when I’ve gone on long week vacations that happen to be out of the country. I trust her to keep my dogs safe and that they will get lots of love during their stay. My one dog is a little anxious around other people but has taken to Ali and her family so well, can we say dog whisperers? It’s so comforting to know my dogs are in the best care and I feel fortunate to have found Ali on Rover. She’s a great communicator, organized, responsible, and goes above and beyond for her clients. Ali is the best. She gave loving care of our 3 cats and sent us photos and videos daily. We will definitely use her again.
This was our first time leaving our cats with a sitter. Ali was great. She kept in touch throughout the entire process. She sent photos and videos while we were gone so we felt comfortable that our babies were in good hands. Her house is very well set up for allowing privacy for the cats as they were acclimating, and lots of fun and exploring once they felt more comfortable. We wholeheartedly recommend Ali and will use her services next time we leave town. Thanks Ali!!

Schedule
I work part-time in an office, so I’m away from home about 4 hours a day, 3 days a week. I’m home the rest of the week and have a flexible schedule. 🙂 For new stays, I do have cameras in the home so I can check in on things while I’m away. I’m also able to adjust my schedule as needed to make sure your pets get plenty of attention, care, and companionship. 🐾❤️

Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. 🐾❤️ I provide a clean, calm, and pet-friendly home where your fur baby can feel comfortable and part of the family. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and individual needs so I can keep them as comfortable and stress-free as possible while they’re in my care. I provide plenty of attention, playtime, potty breaks, cuddles, and supervision throughout their stay. For added safety, I have secondary barrier gates available whenever needed or requested. This allows me to create separate spaces when necessary and provide an extra layer of security for pets who may need it. I also have cameras in my home, which allow me to check on new stays when I need to step away. I’m home most of the week and have a flexible schedule, so I can adjust my routine when needed to provide extra care and attention. Most importantly, I treat every pet like they’re my own and want you to feel completely comfortable knowing they’re safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. 🐶🐱💕

A typical day
Every pet is different, so I like to follow their normal routine while making their stay fun, comfortable, and full of opportunities to explore. 🐾❤️ We’ll go on walks so they can get outside, stretch their legs, and investigate all the exciting new smells! There’s also a park just a street over that we can enjoy. For dogs who need a little extra exercise or may experience anxiety, I’m happy to take longer walks to help them relax, burn off some energy, and hopefully enjoy a good night’s sleep. 😊 A lot of our time is also spent in the backyard. My significant other and I love hanging out outside by the pool, so your pup can join us, run around, explore, and play in our fenced backyard. I even have a kiddie pool available for pups who enjoy splashing around in some shallow water to cool off! ☀️💦 And for us, playing = bonding. Whether it’s tossing a toy, playing in the yard, going for a walk, or simply spending time together, I love getting to know each pet and figuring out what makes their tail wag. Of course, some pets would rather relax and cuddle, and that’s perfectly okay too! I’ll follow their personality and comfort level while making sure they receive plenty of love, attention, exercise, and companionship throughout their stay. 🐶💕

- Every pup has their own personality, routine, and comfort level, so the more I know ahead of time, the better I can care for them! 🐾❤️ Please let me know about any special needs, requests, routines, or behaviors that may be important during their stay. Some pets have anxiety and others don’t, so it’s helpful to know their anxiety level and what may trigger it, as well as what helps them feel safe, calm, and happy. A few things I’d love to know ahead of time: • Can they be left alone in the home, or do they need to be supervised? • If left alone, can they free-roam, or do they chew, get into things, or have separation anxiety? • Do they have any history of aggression or resource guarding? • Are they comfortable around men? • Are they people-friendly and comfortable meeting new people? • Are they dog-friendly? • Do they try to bolt or escape through doors or gates? I have an additional barrier gate at the front door for extra safety, but it’s important for me to know if your pup is a door-dasher. • Do they mark or have accidents inside the home? • Are there any fears, triggers, habits, or behaviors that would help me better understand them? Please don’t ever feel embarrassed about sharing something—even if you think it’s a small detail or a challenging behavior. The more I know, the better prepared I can be. My goal is to set everyone up for a safe, happy, and comfortable stay while giving your pup the care that’s right for them. 😊🐶 I truly appreciate your honesty and transparency. It helps me create the best possible experience for your pet and gives us the opportunity to plan ahead for any special needs or situations. 💕
